| This experiment picks fresh ripe Oriental vetch in Yanbian Prefecture grassland station, and then conduct the small scale polyethylene plastic bag silage experiment. Researching the effects of different addition concentration of additives on silage quality of Oriental vetch. Picking up silage samples to judge the sensory quality and conduct the fermentation exeperiment to study the fermentation quality and the impact on in vitro rumen fermentation parameters determination.1ã€The exeperiment of Oriental vetch silageUsing the Cellulose and Xylanase to modulate the silage according to the German silage sensory quality assement procedures,the sensory qualities of the treatment groups are improved obviously than CK, the total sensory quality is almost level one. The pH value of the treatment groups reduced significantly than CK, and is reduced respectively by 16.59%-20.12%.The dry matter loss of the treatment group reduced signifcantly than CK, and is increased respectively by 12.83%~27.63%.The treatment groups obviously reduced silage fiber content (P<0.05)and protein content, compared with CK the protein content is increased by18.30%~37.71%.The latic acid content of the treatment groups is increased significantly than CK(P<0.05); combined with the indicators could be concluded the high quality treament group:K5(0.4g/Kg cellulose+0.4g/Kg xylanase).Using the Cellulose and LAB to modulate the silage according to the German silage sensory quality assement procedures,the sensory qualities of the treatment groups improve obviously than LOCO, the total sensory quality is almost level one, The pH value of treatment groups reduced significantly than LOCO, and is reduced respectively by 15.41%-25.60%.The dry matter loss of treatment group reduced signifcantly than L0C0, and is increased respectively by 12.82%~45.36%.The treatment groups obviously reduced silage fiber content(P<0.05),compared with the LOCO the protein content is increased by 9.86%~35.11%.The latic acid content of the treatment groups is increased significantly than LOCO(P<0.05); combined with the indicators could be concluded the high quality treament group:L1C 1(0.50 g/kg cellulase+0.50 g/kg LAB)ã€L0C2(1.0g/Kg cellulose).Using the Molasses to modulate the silage according to the German silage sensory quality assement procedures,the sensory qualities of the treatment groups improve obviously than CO. the total sensory quality is almost level one, The pH value of the treatment groups reduced significantly than C0, and is reduced respectively by 16.59%~20.12%.The dry matter loss of the treatment group reduced signifcantly than CO. and is increased respectively by 13.51%-25.60%.The treatment groups obviously reduced silage fiber content (P<0.05)and protein content, compared with CO the protein content is increased by8.6%~23.47%.The latic acid content of the treatment groups is increased significantly than C0(P<0.05); combined with the indicators could be concluded the high quality treament group:C1(3% molasses)〠C2(6% molasses).2ã€The exeperiment of the rumen fermentationUsing the Cellulose and Xylanase to modulate the silage and then do the rumen fermentation exeperiment,The different fermentation period gas production of the K2ã€K5 better than the control group,about 6h gas peak appeared.
