The alternation of wetting and drying is the most common process that the soil suffers.In order to understand the effect of alternate wetting and drying on micro-aggregate content and chemical property in soil of protected land in Yanbian Area, collected the Longjing peripheral protected soil sample,to simulated the soil alternation of wetting and dry phenomenon. Analyses the content changing of soil by pH, the total content of micro-aggregate by the three kinds of soil have different results, sand and clay rose up to the beginning,and loam fell down.There are some noticeable changes on different size of micro-aggregate.PH of three kinds of soil was significantly decreased after the first drying and wetting alternate treatment.With the number of alternate wetting and drying increased, the trend of increased,and pH has fallen down after the ninth drying and wetting alternate.The content of organic matter in loam and clay increased with the number of wetting and drying alternate increased. And the content of organic matter in sandy soil decreased obviously after ninth wetting drying alternate. The effect of dry and wet alternation on the content of alkali solution nitrogen in sand and clay was not obvious.The content of available phosphorus in loam soil was not obvious after ninth wetting drying alternate,the available phosphorus content of clay was significantly down.Alternate wetting and drying will increase the content of inorganic phosphorus in protected soil,with the number of dry wet alternate increased,content of inorganic phosphorus in soil made a slight oscillation,showed an upward trend.The results above show that alternate wetting and drying make changes on micro-aggregate content and chemical property in soil of protected land,The research work has a important guiding sense to Scientific fertilization.
