Due to the changing global climate and environment, drought has become a global issue, seriously affecting agricultural production and food security.Drought can cause serious and irreversible harm to plants, thus causing widespread concern, Excavate physiological index changes that involved in plant drought stress and clarify its role in the mechanism,Will increase plant water use efficiency and provide theoretical guidance for the development of high-yielding drought-resistant agricultural crops.To explore the effects of different irrigation amount of Coffea arabica (Arabica Coffea L.) seedlings, this paper Yunnan arabica coffee for the study, first studied Irrigation on arabica coffee seedlings antioxidant enzyme activity of the test is divided into two parts, the first Stress is a part of groups:control (CK), mild stress, severe stress, completely arid; the second part is to exercise groups:control, completely arid, arid exercise, including the determination of the determination of MDA or five antioxidant enzyme activity and enzyme measurement of the activity.The main research results are as follows:(1)water stress on arabica coffee antioxidant system:① when the same level of water stress situation, with increasing stress time, compared with the control group, arabica coffee seedlings in each group had guaiacol peroxidase (POD) from phase 1 to phase 5 content of more than 3% on the green; superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate specific peroxidase (APX) the activity of phase 1 and phase 4 increased slightly compared to the activity; ASA groups at levels ranging from stage 1 stage 5 in the end were down by more than 0.5%, GSH content in the end of each group were dropped from the fifth stage of the phase 1 more than 0.1%; DHA and GSSG various stages of content levels in the first stage in the end stage 5 have risen by more than 0.2%;② when water stress time is the same, severe stress of ascorbic acid (ASA/DHA) content, GSSG content, ascorbate specific peroxidase (APX) activities were higher than other coercive groups.(2) Water exercise of arabica coffee seedlings Antioxidant System in Leaves:The results showed that after exercise of coffee seedlings ascorbic acid (ASA, DHA), ascorbic acid (GSH, GSSG), MDA, SOD, POD, CAT, APX were significantly increase, especially the activity of MDA content and activity compared with the control group, the activity of the first stage, after exercise activity increased more than 5 times in comparison; the entire activity in the latter part of the active content were higher, even in the middle, exercise later, after the drought exercise of coffee ASA, more than 50% MDA, SOD content was higher ASA, MDA, SOD content, up to a significant level. General description of the arabica coffee seedlings through improving water drought ability to adapt to exercise, to improve its drought resistance.These results suggest that inhibition of drought increased antioxidant enzyme activity of the normal growth of arabica coffee seedlings, but by the experimental data of water stress and water exercise can be seen through the exercise of the activity is higher than the arabica coffee arabica without exercise coffee activity, improve plant drought resistance.
