Hetao irrigation area is one of China’s largest system of irrigation area, in recent years, the irrigated soil biochemical times severely, restricting the direct economic benefit of farmers. Sunflower has a salt tolerance is also an important cash crop in the irrigated areas, but there are differences between the salt tolerance of different varieties, this experiment field trials and laboratory tests combined with field trials screened in three different salt tolerance varieties (lines) in three representative varieties (lines) as the test material, the results showed that the salt is consistent with field trials to verify the reliability of the field trials, but also from the perspective of an ion reveals the mechanism of salt tolerance sunflower. The use of NMT technology, seedling plants can be efficiently and accurately identify the salt tolerance of sunflower, can be an effective means of rapid identification of salt tolerance in plants, the paper field cultivation experiment and set up complex salt gradient salt stress field simulation to study the use of sunflower oil seed germination and seedling stage K+, Na+, Ca2+ variation, the main results and conclusions are as follows:1.Through factor analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis of the 59 edible sunflower varieties (lines) a comprehensive evaluation of the salt tolerance were divided into three categories, salt resistant varieties (lines) accounted for 30.5%, resistance salt medium varieties (lines) accounted for 42.4%, weak salt tolerance varieties (lines) accounted for 27.1%,14CF56 and 14CF57 varieties (lines) salt strongest,14CF44 varieties (lines) salt weakest.2.Through factor analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis of the 24 oil sunflower comprehensive evaluation, which was divided into three categories salt tolerance, salt tolerance varieties (lines) accounted for 50.0%, moderate salt tolerance varieties (Department) accounted for 29.2%, weak salt tolerance varieties (lines) accounted for 20.8%, the strongest ability 14YK12 salinity and 14GF01 varieties (lines),14YK18, United States 678 salt weakest, select three different levels of representatives varieties for the laboratory test materials were GF01,14YK06 and 14YK18.3.Under the complex salt stress, sunflower seed germination rate decreased, complex salt concentration to 200mmol/L, the germination rate of three varieties of less than 50%, to 250mmol/L, the germination rate to 10%, even almost do not germinate, so 200mmol/L three varieties is critical salt to complex salt 0-200mmol/L as salt treatment.4.Under the complex salt stress, sunflower seed germination rate decreased, complex salt concentration to 200mmol/L, the germination rate of three varieties of less than 50%, to 250mmol/L, the germination rate to 10%, even almost do not germinate, so 200mmol/L three varieties is critical salt to complex salt 0’200mmol/L as salt treatment.5.When the complex salt stress by oil sunflower seedlings, low salt concentration (0-100mmol/L) when, YK18 and YK06 accelerated Na+ absorption, GF01 slowest absorption at high salt concentrations (greater than 150mmol/L) when, Na+efflux, and GF01 efflux fastest performance spit salt, SKI8 ability to resist the worst of Na+, significant differences between the three species.6.When oil sunflower seedlings absorbed Ca2+, by double salt stress, speed up the rate of absorption of Ca2+, the fastest rate of absorption of GF01, when the complex salt concentration greater than 150mmol/L, GF01 absorption rate YK06, YK18 twice, GF01 exhibit strong resistance saline. Salt differences between the three varieties significantly.
