In this paper, we had studied the effect of different microbial fermentation feed formulas and different turning processes on the yeast viable bacterial number and the content of nutritional active substances, under scale production conditions, to screen the optimal formula and the matched turning process. On this basis, we had investigated the relationship between the amount of the microbial fermentation feed and the dietary forage to concentrate ratio in vitro. Then, we further discussed the effect of the microbial fermentation feed on the nutrient apparent digestibility with the digestion trial in vitro. This paper had a systematic study on the microbial fermentation feed formula and the matched application technique and provided a technical support for its correct application in production. The results show that:(1) The optimized microbial fermentation feed formula consists of 8.62% wheat bran,5.85% vinegar residue,20.89% rice bran,12.55% cottonseed meal,11.35% corn flour,7.31% corn bran,1.10% corn residue,25.36% sugar residue,5.34% corn germ meal,1.02% (NH4)2SO4,0.50% KH2PO4 and 0.10% MgSO4.(2) The best turning process is that when the material temprature reaches 35℃, the first turning is conducted and then when the temprature reaches 42℃, the material will be turned again. Its optimal indexes are viable bacterial number(4.00×105cfu/g), the content of mannan (41.28mg/100mg), the content of β-glucan (87.06mg/100mg), the content of total organic acid (27.32mg/g) and the content of polypeptides (10.32μg/100mg).(3) In the 5:5 diet, the best additive amount of the microbial fermentation feed is 6.85%, while 5.15% is the best in the 6:4 diet. They can significantly increase gas production, the TVFA and the BCP concentration of the broth (P<0.05) and significantly reduce the pH value(P<0.05).(4) After adding 6.85% microbial fermentation feed into the 5:5 diet, the IVDMD, the IVCPD, the IVNDFD and the IVADFD increase by 0.83%,1.34%,3.77% and 1.99% respectively, compared with the control group. After adding 5.15% microbial fermentation feed into the 6:4 diet, the IVDMD, the IVCPD, the IVNDFD and the IVADFD increase by 4.23%,3.88%,10.42% and 14.61%,compared with the control group.
