The study object was 2304 Holstein cows form 22 dairy farms in Ningxia, and used nine genes were PRL, PRLR, GHR, DGAT2, STAT5a, k-CN,β-LG, ABCG2, EEF1D about milk yield traits as the candidate marker genes. The research did the polymorphism of nine genes and their relationship with milk production performance in Holstein Cows by the method of sequenom SNP. The results showed that:1. The study firstly did the research of the association between EEF1D-1, EEF1D-3 and milk yield traits, finding EEF1D-1 GG genotype was significantly higher than AG genotype(p<0.05), EEF1D-3 GG genotype and GA genotype were all significantly higher than AA genotype(p<0.01), that the gene can be used as molecular marker in improving fat content.2. The loci of the study all had polymorphsims in Ningxia Holstein Cows.3. k-CN-10927 was related with milk yield, the milk yield of AA genotype was significantly higher than CC genotype(p<0.01) and CA genotype(p<0.05); GHR-4962, EEF1D-1, EEF1D-3 were related with fat content, the fat content of GHR-4962 TT genotype was significantly higher than AT genotype(p<0.01); GHR-4962 was related with protein content, the protein content of TT genotype was significantly higher than AA genotype(p<0.05) and AT genotype(p<0.01).4. The fat content of EEF1D-1-3 haplotype GGGG genotype and GGGA genotype were significantly higher than GGAA genotype(p<0.01).
