Facility vegetable cleaning is mainly using ozone for disinfection of application environment of bacteria, fungi, and so on, using green means to solve facility vegetables production in the pest problem, which is conducive to the growth of vegetable. Ozone has strong oxidizing ability and good germicidal efficacy, which is environmental friendly, no secondary pollution. Facing the complex production environment and application characteristics of facility agriculture, it is very important to ensure the clean production. This is the starting point of this study, which researched and designed of a system based on ozone concentration of vegetable cleaning system.Firstly, the ozone decomposition experiment was carried out in the artificial climate chest. By the regression analysis, the variation characteristics and the decomposition rate of the ozone concentration in different ozone release time, temperature and humidity were explored. The regression equation of the ozone decay and release time in different ambient temperature and humidity was obtained, the regression model between the interaction of ambient temperature and humidity and the concentration of ozone was constructed, which provide the basis for the control strategy of the system.Secondly, by ozone disinfection to achieve the purification of facility vegetable, the effects of different kinds of vegetables in different facilities were studied. According to the nutrition condition of soilless cultivation to reproduce pathogenic bacteria, algae breeding problems, the ozone water spinach growth based on hydroponic soilless cultivation device. Ozone was obtained by corona discharge method, the water spinach growth between different concentrations of ozone and without the use of ozone disinfection were compared. Then determine 0.57 mg/1 was the appropriate concentration. This concentration have a positive effect on the growth of spinach and the yields. By the way to build a shed, the effects of different concentrations of ozone on the diurnal variation and yield of greenhouse vegetables(eggplant) were studied.which define the safe ozone concentration of greenhouse vegetables(eggplant).Finally, according to the experiment of the model, the appropriate ozone concentration data and system requirement, designed monitoring software as the upper computer based on kingview, and Mitsubishi PLC as upper computer control pump and air pump switch of the ozone monitoring system. The system divided into ozone concentration automatic control based on model and intelligent control based on ozone concentration of two kinds of mode, the system has the functions of hand switch, the trend analysis, real-time data monitoring and recording, reporting and alarm query, and other functions, PLC can realize the automatic control of the running state of the equipment. Through the serial port, the computer can get the information of environment parameter, which is the foundation for the establishment and expansion of the ozone system.
