The female material which was crossed between maize inbred lines 四-287 and PHB1M, improved by back-cross and selfing, then the improved lines were crossed by pollen from "Ji Gao You NO.3" haploid induction line. After artificial screening and cytological identification, adopt artificial doubling as seed-immersion method, sprout-immersion method, injection method and natural doubling. Then 61 double haploid lines were obtained, and make SSR mark technology analysis for it. Those 61 double haploid lines and 四-287 and PHB1M were used for this study. The phenotypic value of plant-height, ear-height, ear-length, bald-length, rows per ear, kernel-weight per ear and 100-kernel-weight was investigated, and analyzed the group separation of those traits. Simultaneously, the 61 double haploid lines were respectively crossed with L98 and PH6WC, use NC Ⅱ design, obtained 122 hybrids, and the analysis of combining ability, heterosis, genetic parameters and correlation. The main research achievements were as follows:1. The pseudo haploid induction rate of inducing line "Ji Gao You NO.3" was 12.5%, the authentic haploid induction rate was 8.81%.2. Compared with sprout-immersion method or injection method,seed-immersion method seemed to be more effective on haploid doubling, that the colchicum concentration should be 0.2 percent and soaking seed for 12 hours, would garnered much better results.3. Analysis segregation of character to the 61 haploid lines after cytological identification for those main agronomic trait, the results showed: firstly, the absolute value of the kurtosis and skewness of frequency distribution of plant characters were less than 1, in line with normal distribution. Secondly, there was a significant variation between DH lines groups, the highest variation degree was bald-length, the lowest variation degree was ear-length.4. Adopt SSR makers analysis to double haploid, the results showed that: in the double haploid lines, there was no significant segregation distortion in populations, and double haploid lines’s banding is one of the parent. Moreover, there was correlation between the quantity of SSR marks and the economical character of double haploid lines by SSR mark technology analysis and correlation analysis, the result showed ear-height and plant-height with its SSR maker numbers reached significant level respectively.5. The analysis to 122 hybrids for its GCA, SCA effects, it turn out that M2、M3、M4、M6、M5、M51、M52、M54 and M55 GCA effect performed better; M50×PH6WC、M42×PH6WC、M47xPH6WC、M22×PH6WC、 M56xPH6WC、M43xPH6WC SCA effect performed better.6. The analysis to 122 hybrids for its genetic parameters, the results indicated that ear-height, ear-length and rows per ear mainly attributed to additive effects in hybridized combination; 100-kernel-weight attributed to non additive effects in hybridized combination. The value of broad-sense heritability of Plant-height, ear-height and kernel-weight per ear was great, the value of narrow-scene heritability of ear-length was great.
