Chrysanthemum morifolium as traditional flowers in China, is widely cultivated in the world. Ground cover Chrysanthemum X grandiflorum belongs to Compositae perennial herbaceous plants, after artificial breeding income, flowering intensive, long flowering period, strong resistance, is excellent in city landscaping plants. The ground cover Chry-santhemum× grandiflorum focused on the breeding and cultivation, research on its resist-ance mainly concentrated on the research of drought resistance, but also for a long ti-me regardless of the spring and summer flowering or autumn type breeding tend to lar-ge flower, bright color, good quality, heavy face double factors, and the land in the a-utumn winter for a short time. To be comprehensive resistance of Chrysanthemum xgran-diflorum remains to be further investigated. Based on the ClCBF1 by the change of Chrysanthemum’White Snow’in high salinity, drought and low temperature stress under the condition of various physiological indicators, aims to explore the ground cover Ch-rysanthemumxgrandiflorum’White Snow’comprehensive ability of resistance, the results are as follows:1.In order to explore CICBF1-3, CICBF1-6 by transgenic salt tolerance of Chrysant-hemum×grandiflorum, with different concentrations of NaCl on transgenic lines and wild type were determined after 20d stress, MDA, leaf soluble protein content, proline content and 2 enzymes SOD, POD activity index. The results showed that at the concentration of NaCl stress, two transgenic lines and wild type MDA content, proline kept increasing, soluble protein content, SOD activity, POD activity was first increased and then decreased, while the content of MDA is higherthat of the wild type gene type. The content of MDA in transgenic CICBF1-6 lines was higher than that of transgenic ClCBF1-3,the content of soluble protein SOD, proline content, and POD activity were lower t-han that of transgenic lines. In the late stage of stress, the content of soluble protein, transgenic ClCBF1-3 strains POD was higher than that of transgenic ClCBF1-6 strains. At the time of NaCl stress, MDA content and proline content of transgenic ClCBF1-3 line and ClCBF1-6 strains increased, while soluble protein content, SOD activity and POD activity were increased first and then decreased, and was significantly higher than the wild type. Transgenic ClCBF1-6 strains clone MDA content, proline content, soluble protein content was higher than that in the transgenic ClCBF1-3 strains, SOD activity, POD activity of plant transgenic ClCBF1-3 strains Department of were higher than those of plant transgenic ClCBF1-3 strains. Wild type MDA content, proline content kept increasing, soluble protein content, SOD activity, POD activity increased first and then decreased. Comprehensive analysis showed that the transgenic lines to NaCl stress showed a more positive response and adaptability, can endure NaCl concentration and time were higher than the wild type. Showed that the transgenic plants had stronger salt tolerance than the wild type.2. The transgenic ClCBF1-3, ClCBF1-6 strains of and wild type to be drought stress treatment, in transgenic lines and wild type seedlings as experimental materials. Determination of different stress time seedlings chlorophyll, malondialdehyde, soluble protein, superoxide discrimination dismutase and peroxidase etc. physiological index analysis, the water is relatively lack of transgenic lines and the wild type. The analysis results show that with the prolonging of stress time, the soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of wild type were decreased, MDA content increased, SOD activity, POD activity increased first and then decreased, in the process of salt stress, the chlorophyll content of transgenic lines gradually decreased, MDA content increased gradually, the content of soluble protein, SOD and POD activity increased first and then decreased, in the late period of drought, the chlorophyll content of wild type, soluble protein, SOD activity, POD activity of transgenic type, chlorophyll content, and transgenic ClCBF1-3 strain SOD was lower than that of CICBF1-6 transgenic strains, protein content, ClCBF1-6 transgenic strain POD was lower than that of transgenic ClCBF1-3 number of lines, the content of MDA is higher than that of wild type CICBF1-3 transgenic strains, MDA content of transgenic ClCBF1-6 strains of high Transgenic CICBF1-3 strain. It could be seen that the ClCBF1 gene was obviously different from the wild type, and showed stronger stability and recovery ability than the wild type. Comprehensive analysis showed that CICBF1 gene was successfully expressed in transgenic plants, and enhanced the drought resistance of the plant.3. The transgenic CICBF1-3, ClCBF1-6 lines and wild type were treated with low temperature stress, the two transgenic ClCBF1 gene lines and the wild type were used as materials. The physiological characteristics of transgenic lines and wild type were studied under low temperature stress. The results show that under different low temperature stress, transgenic stains and wild type, relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content were with the temperature decreased gradually and continuously increased, SOD activity, POD activity were increased first and then decreased, at the late stage of stress, POD activity increased again. In different stress time, the wild type of relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content and SOD activity showed a trend of increasing, transgenic POD activity decreased after Mr. Gao, after the rise again. Comprehensive trend showed that transgenic ClCBF1-3, CICBF1-6 lines and wild type relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content, SOD activity, POD activity overall change is offset, difference is not obvious. In summary, in the low temperature stress treatment, the transgenic stains and wild type have a certain cold resistance.
