| Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD), CIassical swine fever(CSF) and High pathogenicity porcine reproducitne and respiratory syndrome(HP- PRRS) were three major diseases of pigs,including FMD and CSF was listed as A class or A class of animal infectious diseases by the world organization for animal health(OIE) and China.Them were listed as compulsory immunization diseases by department of agriculture.To ensure the immune effect of three kinds of vaccines, the immunization program for the three kinds of vaccine many times injection were taken by pig farms around. It not only increased the epidemic prevention staff labor, also increased the vaccine immunization and the immune stress of pigs, affect the production performance.So three vaccine immunization were injected at the same time, whether or not, which has always been concerned about and looked forward to for the immune technology in the swine industry a long time.To detect and observe the influence for immune antibody titer, Piglets the adverse event,daily gain and survival rate of piglets, three vaccine were immuned in piglets after.This study choose 150 piglets of 21-30 day age in a large-scale pig farms, which was divided into five groups,namely group A(FMDã€CSF and HP- PRRS vaccine partial immune alone) and group B(CSF +PRRS Joint immune), group C(CSF + FMD Joint immune)), group D(FMD + PRRS Joint immune)), group E(CSF + PRRS +FMD Joint immune)), the age of 30, the first immunization, 30 days after secondary immune.Indirect hemagglutination test(IHA) and ELISA were respectively used to detect CSF ã€FMD and PRRS antibodies in the serum, in 30 days after the first immunization, 30, 60, 90 days after two hares. The daily gain and survival rates was statisted,before the first free piglets and every time detection antibody,the results are as follows:1. The age of 21, immune HP- PRRS, after 7 days and then to FMD and CSF two vaccines point injection group C at the same time, 30 days after its first free of CSF and FMD was slightly lower than single immune antibody concentration group(group A), but higher than that of group B,D. 30 and 60 days after two hares two were higher than single immune antibody concentration group(group A), group B and group D. The results showed that the CSF + FMD two joint immune vaccine does not affect the immune effect of vaccine.2. Useing the CSF + FMD + PRRS three joint vaccine immune group(group E), 30 days after the first immunization, three were slightly lower than three vaccine antibody concentration in separate immune group(group A); In the 60 days and 90 days after two hares three antibodies are slightly higher than that of group A, but the difference was not significant; Three joint vaccine immunization group in 30 days, 60 days and 90 days after immunization three kinds of antibody were higher than in group B and D group, significant difference.The results showed that the three kinds of vaccine immune equinoctial joint at the same time, does not affect their immune response,and can achieve the same as the single immune antibody levels.3. The survival rate, side effects, daily gain of piglets was comparised in the different immunized group. Group E immune piglets transient temperature rise, loss of appetite is higher than that of other groups, accounting for 10%; CSF + FMD group side effects was the minimum,accounting for 3.3%; CSF + FMD and CSF + FMD + HP- PRRS survival rate is higher than the other group, respectively accounting for 89.5% and 85.4%; Two groups of daily gain of the piglets is higher than other groups. The results showed that the three kinds of joint immune vaccine can cause immune piglets rising rates of adverse events, but does not affect the immune daily gain and the survival rate of piglets.4. This study result showed that the foot and mouth disease, swine fever and highly pathogenic blue-ear disease combined immunization, or advanced blue-ear disease immunity,seven days for swine fever and joint immune foot-and-mouth disease can make the immune piglets good antibody response, and did not affect the daily gain, saving a lot of immunization manpower, the two procedures were to provide a reference for the different scale pig farms and using for reference. |
