Since the 21 st Century, people have paid more and more attention to the promotion of agriculture. The intelligent agriculture can overcome the influence of climate, environment, geographical position and seasonal factors on the growth of crops. The primary problem of intelligent agriculture is the energy consumption. An important question: first, the realization of agricultural intelligence; second, in the realization of intelligent energy conservation at the same time. In this paper, the optimization of plant growth environment is completed, and the requirement of intelligent agriculture is realized. At the same time to achieve the best economic benefits, both in the premise of ensuring ecological benefits, improve economic efficiency, increase production, reduce energy consumption.Crop growing system has the characteristics of highly nonlinear, strong coupling, multiple inputs and multiple outputs. The system has dynamic characteristics. It is easy to be disturbed by the external climate(such as wind speed, outdoor temperature, humidity, etc.) and many other practical constraints(actuators, etc.). Due to the complexity of crop growth environment, it is difficult to control in the production process. The main purpose of the crop optimization control system is to improve the environmental conditions of crop growth, the purpose of the control of the crop growth environment is to optimize the production process, to further improve the environmental conditions.In this paper, learn and study controlled environment to optimize control method, combined with China’s national conditions and the existing research results, with a small crop Environment Simulation System- the plant growth cabinet as an example. It is established that a controlled environment optimization control system for crop growth, and studied the optimal control method. The main research contents are as follows:(1) By studying the crop growth environment, it is establish a crop growth environment control system. With temperature, humidity, light intensity, CO2 concentration as the research objects. According to the need of crop needs, it is artificially established crop ecological environment, in line with crop systems crop growth cycle, in order to lay the foundation to optimize the system.(2) Measure and determine the growth state of the crop. The most direct method to judge whether a crop growth control system is good or bad is determined by judging the growth of crops. Plant leaves can respond to a number of crop growth conditions. It is analyze the changes of CO2 concentration, and to measure and analyze the growth status of crops in real time. Crop growth is periodic, by measuring the leaf area of the leaf, CO2 analysis method, judgment of the growth state of the crop.(3) Studied the optimization control model base on controlled environment, and analyzed the merits of each optimization control method. It is designed optimization control system controlled environment through BP neural network PID control, analysis of the results of the system.(4) Establish of controlled environment optimal control system for crop growth. The optimization control system of crop growth environment is established according to the existing equipment in the laboratory. The temperature, humidity, light intensity and other environmental parameters of the plant growth cabinet are automatically controlled by the sensor technology, embedded technology, and actuator and so on. Because the temperature and humidity have obvious hysteresis, the subsection is adjusted according to the difference between the measured value and the standard value.
