With the development of society and economy, people’s demand for the production of flowers is growing. Along with the development of industrial technology, automation, intelligent production of flowers has become the trend of development. Based on flower production logistics control and optimization of key issues a series of work, the main contents of the study are flower production logistics of the overall process flow, system hardware design and communication connection design, genetic algorithm in training platform scheduling problem in application, production logistics system simulation analysis.In this paper, the production logistics system is divided into two parts. The first floor is mainly transport part, the two floor for the flower cultivation platform. The control part of the system is divided into three layers, the first layer is a management layer, the main operation is Win CC configuration software, the control of the whole production workshop. The second layer is the workshop layer, this part of the communication is mainly PROFINBUS-DP and industrial Ethernet communication protocol. The third layer is the executive layer, frequency converter, motor and sensor control parts of the implementation of the command. In this paper, the main hardware selection work, for the production of the main interference are analyzed, and the improved scheme is put forward.I for flower production logistics system is a key part, cultivate the demand of software has carried on the earnest analysis, for seedbed scheduling problem in a platform of the proposed optimization scheme. Based on the comparison of various algorithms, is proposed to solve the scheduling problem in the seedbed path platform using genetic algorithm.Based on the software and hardware of the system, the production efficiency of the whole system is analyzed and studied. The use of production logistics field commonly used simulation software witness analysis part of the turntable, found the problems that may be encountered in the actual production and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
