This paper with red pepper as the main research object, set three irrigation treatment(A1, A2, A3) and five fertilizer treatment(B1, B2, B3, B4, B5), using a randomized block design, in two types of soil(soil in central and Western soil) in application of fertilizer integration technology of red pepper growth development, yield and water and fertilizer use efficiency determined appropriate irrigation and fertilization, screening out the better combinations of water and fertilizer. The main results are as follows:Compared with the conventional water and fertilizer management, irrigation lower limit value of 70% field water holding capacity, flowering nitrogenous fertilizer quantity was 12.5 kg/667m2 potassium fertilizer for 17.5 kg/667m2, the growth state of red pepper is better. It can be used as improve the best fertilizer combination of red pepper growth. Central and Western soil irrigation low limit values for 95% of field water holding capacity, flowering nitrogenous fertilizer 12.5 kg/667m2, the quantity of potassium 17.5 kg/667m2, the plant high compared with the control were increased 38.55% and 17.38%; irrigation lower limit value was 70% of field water holding capacity, flowering nitrogenous fertilizer quantity was 12.5 kg/667m2, 17.5 kg/667m2, the diameter of stem and whole plant dry matter accumulation and fruit dry weight than the other treatments for potassium fertilizer, the central soil compared with the control group were increased by 5.52% and 12.45%, increased by 18.34%, 38.56% compared with that in the soil of West and the control.Planting in the light of the central and Western soil of the red hot chili peppers higher parameter for irrigation lower limit value is 95% field water holding capacity, flowering nitrogenous fertilizer 12.5 kg/667m2, potassium 17.5 kg/667m2, the irrigation lower limit value was 70% of field water holding capacity, flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, the potash 17.5 kg/667m2, POD activity and root activity was the highest. Photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration reached maximum net photosynthesis of of central and Western soil, the soil in central increased 13.57% respectively compared with the control, 16.74%, 10.21%. The Western soil compared with the control increased 27.73%, 9.13%, 12.22% and 4.96% respectively.Different irrigation and fertilization treatments, irrigation lower limit value is 70% of field water holding capacity, flowering nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2 and potassium 17.5 kg/667m2, is to improve the yield and quality of the optimal combination. Central Soil and soil in Western yields the highest processing are irrigation lower limit value of 70% field capacity, the flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, square meters of K 17.5 kg/667m2, than conventional irrigation and fertilization were improve 10.15%, 11.57%. In the central and Western soil, paprika red pigment content, soluble sugar content was higher for irrigation lower limit value was 45% of field capacity, the flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, square meters of K 17.5 kg/667m2, central and Western soil of capsicum red pigment increased 15.27% and 35.76% respectively compared with the control, the soluble sugar content in the central and Western soil were increased by 19.07%, 21.77% compared with the control. The highest vitamin C content in soil in central 205.004mg- respectively(irrigation lower limit of 70% field water holding capacity, flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, potash 17.5 kg/667m2), increased by 4.42% compared to the control, the highest vitamin C content of soil in Western 211.605mg- respectively(irrigation lower limit of 70% field water holding capacity, flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, potash 17.5 kg/667m2), compared with CK increased the 26.74%. Effect of water and fertilizer factors on Yield and quality, and the yield was the highest under the treatment of and red pigment content and soluble sugar content were increased by 6.39% and 11.7% compared with the control.Irrigation lower limit value of 70% field capacity, the flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, can effectively save water, 15.00% compared to potash 17.5 kg/667m2, the processing and conventional irrigation and fertilization, nitrogen 35.71% saving, save 50% potash. Fertilization can improve the water use efficiency and fertilizer use efficiency of red and dry red pepper, and it can restrain the water use efficiency and fertilizer use efficiency.In summary, irrigation lower limit value of 70% field water holding capacity, flowering period nitrogen 12.5 kg/667m2, potash 17.5 kg/667m2 is more suitable for red pepper fertilizer integration technology, the management of water and fertilizer.
