From may to September in 2015, artificial breeding technique of Panopea japonica was respectively studied in key laboratory of Dalian Ocean University. Under simulated production conditions of Artificial breeding, the subacute tolerance to pH, total ammonia and nitrite were carried out by using nique of Panopea japonica larva, from the fertilized egg to juveniles in18 ~ 20 water temperature and ℃30 ~ 32 salinity conditions. The main results and conclusion are as follows: 1 The subacute tolerance to pH for Panopea japonica larvae in different development periodThe suitable pH for the fertilized egg development varies from 7.2~8.8; the suitable growth pH and the suitable survival pH varies from 8.0 to 8.8 for the floating stage larvae; the suitable pH for the growth and survial from umbo-veliger larvae varies from 7.6 to 8.4; during 96 h,the suitable pH for juveniles growth and survival respectively varies from 8.0 to 8.4. The stages of pH tolerance range from narrow to wide is : juveniles< metamorphism larvae <the floating stage larvae<egg.Comprehensive various observation index, during seed rearing of Panopea japonica the pH control between 8.0 ~ 8.4. 2 The subacute tolerance to the total ammonia for Panopea japonica larvae in different development periodTotal ammonia on surviving non-ionic ammonia fertilized eggs safe concentration is 0.025 mg/L; Total ammonia MATC’s on hatching rate is 0.52 ~ 0.94 mg/L(non-ionic ammonia 0.014 ~ 0.025 mg/L); Total ammonia on the floating stage larvae relative growth rate MATC’s is: 0.49 ~ 0.94 mg/L(non-ionic ammonia 0.013 ~ 0.025 mg/L); Total ammonia on metamorphism relative growth rate and survive rate MATC’s are: 0.93 ~ 1.52 mg/L(non-ionic ammonia 0.030 ~ 0.048 mg/L); Total ammonia for juveniles survival MATC’s is 4.79 ~ 7.01 mg/L(non-ionic ammonia(0.15 ~ 0.22 mg/L). The stages of non-ionic ammonia tolerance range from narrow to wide is : egg< the floating stage larvae< metamorphism larvae< juveniles.Comprehensive various observation index, during seed rearing of Panopea japonica the non-ionic ammonia control below 0.025mg/L.3 The subacute tolerance to the nitrite for Panopea japonica larvae in different development periodNitrite on the floating stage larvae survival rate MATC’s is 2.10~8.24 mg/L; the EC50 of the nitrite to the floating stage larvae relative growth rate is 8.92 mg/L; nitrite on metamorphism survival rate and relative growth rate MATC’s are:10.28~35.90 mg/L and 1.04~2.23 mg/L; nitrite for juveniles survival MATC’s is 65.85~100.27 mg/L;The stages of nitrite tolerance range from narrow to wide is : the floating stage larvae< metamorphism larvae< egg < juveniles.Comprehensive various observation index, during seed rearing of Panopea japonica the nitrite control below 0.8 mg/L. 4 Under the same experiment condition, the toxicity of the total ammonia is larger than that of nitrite to the larvae...
