| Processing tomato is one of important ecnomic crops in Xinjiang, which accounted for 18% of the world’s total output. Early blight,bacterial, speck and leaf mold are three most destructive diseases, which caused tomato output decreasing by 10%-30% every year. In recent years, the larger of planting area for processing tomato, the worse of the disease. The processing tomato with good resitance was identified, and the occurrence dynamics for the desease early blight and bacterial blight were surveyed in the field. The better control effect of fungicides were screened through laboratory and field experiments. The main results are as follows:1.The optimal control period for early blight of progressing tomato should be done in early June. The laboratory results showed that 57.6% copper hydroxid, 22.5% iprodione, 47% copper Wang Chunlei, 30% enoyl ? Mi amide have better antimicrobial effcct compared with the other biocides. The field experimental results determined that the control efficacy of 57.6% copper hydroxid, 22.5% iprodione, 47% copper Wang Chunlei, 30% enoyl ? Mi amide were more than 80%. 737 and Tunhe 9 were disease-resistant against processing tomato early blight, Ligeer 87-5 and Shihong 18 were susceptible to early blight of progressing tomato.2.The optimal control period for bacterial speck of progressing tomato was choosed in late may. Indoor data showed that 30% dimethomorph?prochloraz have most effective antimicrobial property and the bacteriostatic rate was 73.88%. 6% kasugamycin, 56.7% copper hydroxide, 30% dimethomorph?prochloraz and 47% kasugamycin?copper oxychloride have stronger virulence, and their EC50 are 8.7μg/m L, 9.6μg/m L, 10.4.μg/m L, 10.9μg/m L, respectively. The field efficacy of 30% enoyl acyl ? Mi suspoemulsions, wettable granule 56.7% copper hydroxide, copper Wang Chunlei 47% WP were more than 60%. Among studied varieties, 737 was disease-resistant variety, Shihong 9, Ligeer 87-5, Shihong 18, Shihong 305 were disease-sensitive variety, the other were disease-tolerant varieties.3.Indoor toxicity test showed that all of the biocides have the antimicrobial effect against processing tomato leaf mold, and the EC50 of enoyl acyl ? Mi suspoemulsions, wettable powders kasugamycin, Wang Chunlei copper wettable powder, cupric hydroxide wettable granule, iprodione suspending emulsion was decreased, wherein iprodione suspoemulsion had the lowest EC50(12.1 μg/L). The indoor pot experiment results showed that 47% copper Wang Chunlei diluted 500 times efficacy have the highest control efficacy(70.5%). Tunhe 9, Shihong 666, 737 and Jinhongbao 87-5 were disease-resistant against leaf mold.Among studied 14 varieties, only 737 had good resistance for 3 kinds of diseases; Among drug screened tests, 30% enoyl acyl ? Mi suspoemulsions, 47% kasugamycin?copper oxychloride and 56.7% copper hydroxide were recommended drugs and may be used in preventing and controlling the three diseases. |
