Ginseng is one of medicinal plants in China, as its pharmacological function and consumption function is recognized gradually, it quickly towards to the international market. Ginseng production in pest control of China has just started, in the process of prevention and control plant diseases and insect pests, the use of high toxic blindly high residues of pesticides, led to the pesticide residues in ginseng often exceeds bid Through the establishment the residual analysis of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin on ginseng, providing reliable detection method in ginseng residue analysis, at the same time providing the foundation for the safe use technique in ginseng. The dissertation is mainly about the following aspects: 1. The determination of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin are established in the ginseng plant, soil, ginseng and dry ginseng with HPLC method. UV wavelength and mobile phase were improved. At the same time the extraction condition and purification condition of pretreatment conditions were optimized. The samples extracted with acetonitrile, ginseng plants and soil were purified by Florili column and determined by HPLC. Ginseng and dry ginseng purified by amino column and determined by HPLC. The simultaneous determination of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin in the samples was conducted with C18 column and the mixture solution of methanol and water was used as the mobile phase, while the sample was detected by UV detector at 238 nm. The recoveries of flumorph were 79.9%~98.9% with relative standard deviation of 2.7%~13.3%.The recoveries of pyraoxystrobin were 76.7%~102.6% with relative standard deviation of 1.9%~13.3%. The recoveries and relative standard deviation of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin are at the range of allowable in pesticide residue analysis. 2. Final residues of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin in the ginseng plant, soil, ginseng and dry ginseng were studies. Residual test showed that spraying at a dose of 225 g a.i./ha and three times in one season. The last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, The final residues of flumorph in the ginseng plant were10.794 mg/kg-20.470 mg/kg and 3.425 mg/kg-10.917 mg/kg, 0.025 mg/kg-0.151 mg/kg and 0.023 mg/kg-0.050 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02 mg/kg. Spraying four times in one season and the last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, the final residues of flumorph in the ginseng plant were14.653 mg/kg-25.782 mg/kg and 4.962 mg/kg- 13.892 mg/kg, 0.075 mg/kg-0.228 mg/kg and 0.037 mg/kg-0.092 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02 mg/kg.Spraying at a dose of 337.5 g a.i./ha and four times in one season. The last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, The final residues of flumorph in the ginseng plant were16.930 mg/kg-25.614 mg/kg and 14.551 mg/kg-21.156 mg/kg, 0.099 mg/kg-0.373 mg/kg and 0.139 mg/kg-0.209 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02 mg/kg. Spraying four times in one season and the last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, The final residues of flumorph in the ginseng plant were17.855 mg/kg-38.582 mg/kg and 14.309 mg/kg-29.430 mg/kg, 0.166 mg/kg-0.486 mg/kg and 0.033 mg/kg-0.397 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02 mg/kg.Residual dynamic test showed:the half-lifes of ginseng plant and soil were 1.1 d-5.6 d and 3.4 d-9.3 d, so flumorph is biodegradable pesticide. 3. Final residues of pyraoxystrobin in the ginseng plant, soil, ginseng and dry ginseng were studies. Residual test showed that spraying at a dose of 225 g a.i./ha and three times in one season. The last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, The final residues of pyraoxystrobin in the ginseng plant were 13.437 mg/kg-21.7820 mg/kg and 7.702 mg/kg-11.329 mg/kg, 0.023 mg/kg-0.127 mg/kg and 0.033 mg/kg-0.044 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02mg/kg. Spraying four times in one season and the last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, The final residues of pyraoxystrobin in the ginseng plant were17.743 mg/kg-23.026 mg/kg and 14.152 mg/kg-17.690 mg/kg, 0.084 mg/kg-0.168 mg/kg and 0.026 mg/kg-0.143 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02 mg/kg.Spraying at a dose of 337.5 g a.i./ha and four times in one season. The last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, the final residues of pyraoxystrobin in the ginseng plant were 16.224 mg/kg-22.062 mg/kg and 14.675 mg/kg-18.760 mg/kg, 0.130 mg/kg-0.228 mg/kg and 0.074 mg/kg-0.118 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02mg/kg. Spraying four times in one season and the last spraying were 14 d and 21 d before harvest intervals, The final residues of pyraoxystrobin in the ginseng plant were 18.814 mg/kg-31.601 mg/kg and 16.454 mg/kg-25.604 mg/kg, 0.152 mg/kg-0.335 mg/kg and 0.214 mg/kg-0.270 mg/kg in the soil. In ginseng and dry ginseng were both less than 0.02 mg/kg.Residual dynamic test showed:the half-lifes of ginseng plant and soil were 0.2 d-3.5 d、0.3 d-10.1 d, so pyraoxystrobin is biodegradable pesticide.
