Increasingly scarce water resources in Hetao irrigation area and the production of water resources and the present situation of the waste is serious, with potato as the research object, this paper set up a 0、1050、1350、1650、1950、2250 m3 / hm2, a total of six water treatment, membrane system is studied with drip irrigation under different irrigation water, potato plant growth and development, physiological basis and yield formation of difference; Different levels of soil water content and nitrate content of dynamic change and drip irrigation under film potato moisture absorption and yield formation of the relationship, in order to determine the water saving and high yield provides the theory basis for unified irrigation system. The main results were as follows:1. As the advancement of fertility, the potato plant height, stem diameter, stem, authors were characterized by unimodal curve changes, tuber dry weight is increasing, leaf, stem dry matter allocation rate gradually decreased, tuber is increased. The plant height, stem diameter, stem and leaf dry weight with A3 was the highest(1650 m3 / hm2), tuber per plant dry weight at the highest of A5(2250 m3 / hm2).2. With the increase of soil depth of soil moisture content increased at the early stage, at the late growth stage with the increase of soil depth change present a u-shaped curve. No irrigation treatment the highest water use efficiency, but the lowest yield. The most productive A3, water use efficiency of 161 kg/ hm2'mm.3. At the same time, with the increase of irrigation water, potato leaf photosynthetic rate was single-peak curve changes, the highest photosynthetic rate, A3, A4 is significantly higher than other treatment; MDA、PRO content of rice leaves, declined with the increase of irrigation water.4. With the growth process moving forward, the nitrate content in coming down. Under the different irrigation treatment, A3,A4,A5, the 20~60cm soil nitrate nitrogen content is significantly higher than other treatments, which is conducive to guarantee the potato root nitrogen uptake, but the A5 treatment, under 60 cm deep soil the nitrate nitrogen content is still high, the phenomenon of leaching.5. Harvest potato tuber yield per unit area, economic benefits are the highest to 1650 m3 / hm2 treatment, Production reached 50616 kg/hm2, and Economic benefits achieved 62601.0±661.0 yuan/hm2, highest forage-livestock system to 2250 m3 / hm2 treatment. Under the condition of this test, film with drip irrigation, potato field irrigation with each irrigation 235.7 m3/hm2, Irrigation seven times in the whole growth period, the total irrigation water to 1650 m3 / hm2 is advisable.
