Using soil heat flux data from three meteorological observation stations of the Taklimakan Desert in 2013 with 2011 and the surface meteorological observation data、net radiance, analyzing the change characteristics of the soil heat flux over different regions of the Taklimakan Desert, the difference between these two soil flux plate, and relationship between soil temperature, net radiation and soil heat flux. These the following conclusions:(1) Analysis the daily mean variation of soil heat flux in different areas. In January, the maximum value of the soil heat flux daily mean variation of three stations at 5cm and 10 cm from high to low was: Xiaotang Station,Tazhong station, Hade station. In April, the maximum value of the soil heat flux daily mean variation of three stations at 5cm from high to low was: Xiaotang Station,Tazhong station, Hade station. While at 10 cm was: Xiaotang Station, Hade station, Tazhong station. In July, the maximum value of the soil heat flux daily mean variation of three stations at 5cm and 10 cm from high to low was: Hade station, Tazhong station, Xiaotang Station. In October, the maximum value of the soil heat flux daily mean variation of three stations at 5cm from high to low was: Tazhong station, Hade station, Xiaotang Station. While at 10 cm was: Hade station, Tazhong station, Xiaotang Station.(2)The typical weather, the mean soil heat flux at 5 cm of three stations on sunny days were: 10.9W·m-2、6.5 W·m-2、12.2 W·m-2,on dust days were: 0.2W·m-2、9.7W·m-2、14.4W·m-2,on rainy days were:-12.3W·m-2、-19.8W·m-2、-10.3W·m-2; The mean soil heat flux at 10 cm of three stations on sunny days were:8.4 W·m-2、8.1 W·m-2、7.7 W·m-2,on dust days were: 3.5W·m-2、11.2 W·m-2、9.8 W·m-2,on rainy days were:-9.9 W·m-2、-7.5 W·m-2、-6.8 W·m-2.(3) Annual variation characteristic, the maximum value of soil heat flux at 5 cm and 10 cm in Tazhong station were both in July; The maximum value of soil heat flux at 5 cm in Xiaotang station was in July, while the maximum value at 10 cm was in May; The maximum value of soil heat flux at 5 cm in Hade station was in July, while the maximum value at 10 cm was in August. Both these three stations’ minimum value were in November.(4) Hfp01 sc type of soil heat flux plate was more accurate than hfp01 type in measuring data, the measured data of hfp01 sc type are less than hfp01 type.(5) The variation trend of soil temperature and soil heat flux in different months are basically the same, the time of the maximum value and the minimum value of soil temperature were both later than soil heat flux, lagged behind, there has a certain time interval between soil temperature and soil heat flux.(6) In net radiation, the maximum proportion of soil heat flux at 1 cm was in May,was 11.0%, the proportion of soil heat flux in December was the smallest,was-34.8%; In net radiation, the maximum proportion of soil heat flux at 5 cm was in July, was 8.0%, the proportion of soil heat flux in December was the smallest,was-34.2%.(7) Soil heat flux and net radiation on the daily and monthly scales were both correlated significantly.
