Ocean ranching is a vital measure to slow the decline of costal fisheries resources and achieve its sustainable utilization. Fish behavior control is one of the four key technologies for ocean ranching efficient operation. To meet the requirement of fishery production and management in ocean ranching, an intelligent floating fish accumulating equipment that can long-term run is developed. The equipment take Sparus Macrocephalus as the research object and determine inducible factor of domestication through the researches on the mechanism of the fish lure. The equipment functions is developed considering the marine environmental monitoring and information interaction. The energy supply module, the system control module and the assistant module are determined according to the equipment characteristics. Domestication experiment and releasing test are conducted in Ningbo city nimrod bay eventually. The experimental result shows the validity of the equipment, which can provides solid support for the high effective operation and scientific management of marine ranching.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as following:(1) Take the Sparus Macrocephalus as the research object to conduct the voice domestication basic test in the tank of sink. The test is conducted combining the sound stimulus and bait induction. Take the three hundred Sparus Macrocephalus fries as the subject to establish a conditioned reflex by ten days sound domestication. Then the short-term memory of conditioned reflex become the long-term effective memory by intensive training. The study proves that the approach of combining the 350 Hz single frequency sound and bait induction is feasible.(2)Generally design the intelligent floating fish accumulating equipment, and determ the function module and overall structure of the intelligent floating fish accumulating equipment. Through the design of research, the intelligent floating fish accumulating equipment functional modules involve the domesticated module, the test module, the information interaction module, the energy supply module, the system control module and the assistant module. The function modules of the entire device is integrated constitute body the core control unit. Its main components are the core control unit, flexible classified mesh, connect cablet and anchor.(3) Based on the requirement of design, every functional modules of the intelligent floating fish accumulating equipment is speciality designed. The domestication module consists of the sound stimulus, bait induction, and flexible classified mesh. The selection design of sound stimulation system is mainly for underwater sound and power amplifier module. And system test is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the system. The storage structure is designed according to the bait induction system and the way of blanking. The main indexe of the flexible classified mesh is the grid spacing. Detection module optimization design is mainly about the water quality monitoring and video monitoring. The water quality sensors and developed a new type of underwater monitoring system are selected independently. Information interaction module is mainly on information processing system and wireless transmission system. The central control system based on LPC1768 microcontroller and the 3G transmission system are established.The logic controller is applied to the control module. The control switch is based on KG316 T microcomputer. The energy supply module design is mainly about energy conversion device and the energy storage device design and check. Four solar panels of 15 W and two pieces of battery of 20 Ah is constructed. The assistant module design is mainly about anti-settling system and the moored system. The anti-settling structure and quality of the anchor block are determined by the analysis of buoyancy and the overall equipment stress.(4)The domestication experiment and releasing test for marked Sparus Macrocephalus are conducted in Ningbo city nimrod bay. The result fully demonstrates the feasibility of working principle. It also provides the reference and theoretical basis for other species domestication. The releasing test makes plan involves the fish marking method, releasing strategy and provides the protection for Sparus Macrocephalus after releasing. The East China Sea Fisheries Institute evaluates the effect of accumulating fish after releasing by the survey of resources recaptured. It has proved that the equipment is effective and feasible and it can provide fundamental support for the further development of marine ranching.
