Objective:The expression of transient receptor potential vanilloid6(TRPV6) in preeclampsia was detected and its effect in pathogenesis was analyzed. Methods:The expression of TRPV6was detected in normal pregnancy, early onset preeclampsia and late onset preeclampsia by RT-PCR and imrnunohistochemistry. Results:①Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) results also showed that the expression of TRPV6was significantly lower in early onset preeclampsia(0.45±0.07) than that in late onset preeclampsia(0.60±0.06) and normal pregnancy(0.64±0.08) in mRNA level(P<0.05); There were no significant difference among late onset preeclampsia and normal pregnancy (P>0.05).②TRPV6was expressed in all the groups of preeclampsia and normal group. TRPV6expression was mainly located in the cytomembrane、cytoplasm of trophoblast. The positive rate of TRPV6expression was53.3%in early onset preeclampsia. It was significantly lower than that in late onset preeclampsia(93.3%) and normal pregnancy(100%)(P<0.05); There were no significant difference among late onset preeclampsia and normal pregnancy (P>0.05).Conclusion:TRPV6gene was expressed in human placental tissue; TRPV6expression was reduced in early onset preeclampsia placental tissue; low expression of the TRPV6gene may be related to the pathogenesis of early onset preeclampsia. |
