Objectvie:To study the correlation between thromboelastog raphy (TEG) andsonoclot coagulation monitoring in off~pump coronary artery bypass graftingsurgery(OPCABG), as well as in vitro studies the actual coagulation of OPCAB.Method: Thirty patients undergoing off~pump coronary artery bypassgrafting surgery were studied. Venous blood samples were colleeted from entralvein for detrmination of SCA(gbACT,ClotRate,PlataletFunetion) andTEG(R,K,Alpha,MA) at3time points: after anesthesia induction(T1),10minsafter the neutralization of protamine(T2) and aftere closed chestSurgery(T3)Results:1:Compared with T1,both gbACT and R prolonged significantly(P <0.05) at T2,3.Compared with T1,CR deereasedsignificantly(P <0.01) at T3while K and Alpha have no changes at T2,3.Compared with T1,both PF and MA deereased(P<0.05) at T3.2:There was apositive correlation between R and gbACT,(r=0.752and P <0.01), therewas a negative correlation between CR and K(r=-0.734and P <0.01)whileThere was a positive correlation between CR and Alpha (r=0.659and P <0.01), There was a positive correlation between PF and MA (r=0.497and P < 0.01).Conclusion:1: patients after OPCAB surgery have coagulation disorders cause whichreflected gbACT extend, CR decreased, PF reduced.2:Asignificant correlation exists between the values of TEG and SCA3:Compared with SCA,TEG can basically reflect hemostatiec signature trulyand relibaly, which can be used for rpaid assessment of coagulation status inOPCABG.However, its accuracy, stability and other aspects also need to bevalidated in future clinical.
