| The main purpose of this paper, The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate thenecessity of Business Process Reengineering of Qinhuangdao Contec Medical SystemsCo.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as “Contec”) through analyzing the existing problems inthe current business process of Contec. At the same time, new business process has beenintroduced. According to the characteristics of this subject, four research methods has beenadopted in this paper, which include literature search, current situation analytical method,interview investigation method and flow chart analysis.Firstly, there is an introduction of the background of this topic and the overseas anddomestic research status concerning the redevelopment of business process. Besides, thegeneration background, the connotation, the core points and the implementation principleand methods of redevelopment of business process have been discussed in this thesis.Secondly, an overview of Contec has been given in the paper. Through analyzingcurrent operating status and core business process, the author has found out some corebusiness process with poor performances. Based on the present trade situation, the authordemonstrates the necessity of redeveloping the business process of Contec.Thirdly, with regard to the redevelopment of business process of Contec, the authorhas made an overall plan of redeveloping of Contec business process and establishedrelated principles, objectives, methods and procedures. The business process of Contec hasbeen redeveloped and optimized from the relevant four aspects：production management,new product development management, product distribution and purchasing management.Finally, the author has introduced the preparatory measures and control measuresbefore and in the implementation process. Through establishing effective supportingmeasures, the redevelopment of business process could been conduct effectively. Also, theauthor has evaluated the effectiveness of implementing the new business process. |
