Currently the ultrasound-guided local thermal ablative therapies provide effectivelocal treatment for liver tumors in a minimally invasive fashion. Most importantly, improvements of thermal ablation for liver tumor are the key element which not onlyimprove the cure rate and efficacy, but reduce the risk of residual and recurrent tumor. This study established an experimental model of VX2tumor, the starting point for thestudy to reduce the heat sink effect. This study investigated the effect of enhancing, whichthe effect of the laser thermal ablation instantaneous burst of ultrasound energy released. To explore the ultrasound microbubble instantaneous blasting the release of energy forthermal ablation effect enhancement effect.Specific experiment content is through VX2tumor of true and false contrast ofultrasound micro bubble burst. Conclusion ultrasound microbubble and micro bubble bursteffect exist at the same time, can cause temporary blocking to tumor microcirculationblood supply, thus affecting the tumor tissue growth and achieve the goal of cancertreatment. On the basis of the experiment combined laser ablation treatment withultrasound microbubble break. The significance of this study was cavitation whichgenerated by ultrasound microbubble break technology causes tumor tissue injury in order to achieve the purpose of increase curative effect. Through imaging, morphology, pathology, molecular biology and so on comprehensive index to evaluate the curativeeffect. The experimental results show that the ablation area increases and residual tumormetastasis and recurrence rate were decreased. Ultrasound microbubble break technologycombined thermal ablation method can make the tumor treatment efficiency is improved.Overall, our study will represent an alternative approach for enhancements of localablation for minimally invasive treatment of both benign and malignant tumors includingliver tumor.
