| ã€Background】Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is a common and frequently encountered disease inChina, about2%CKD will eventually progress to end-stage renal disease(ESRD),andESRD patients need dialysis or kindney transplant to sustant life.Peritoneal dialysis is animportant therapy for ESRD,and gain the government’s support rencent years. With thecontinuous improvement of the peritoneal dialysis technology, peritoneal dialysis isaccepted by more and more kidney disease patients because of its advantages of simpleoperation and easy to learn.Peritoneal dialysis patients survival quality problem isbecoming more and more social attention.Reviewing the status of peritoneal dialysispatients’ physical, psychological and social living conditions, as well as the analysis offactors influencing the peritoneal dialysis patients survival quality related research alsogradually increasing. So as to better improve the quality of life of the peritoneal dialysispatients. Many methods used to evaluate the peritoneal dialysis patients quality of life.KDQOL-SFTMsurvival quality assessment scale was initially designed to related qualityof life in patients with kidney disease and dialysis, and general quality of life and so on toconduct a comprehensive assessment. A number of countries’ related researches have testdits validity and reliability. This research adopts the KDQOL-SFTMsurvival qualityassessment scale to assess the94CAPD patients’ quality of life who long-term living inLiaoning province, and analysis the related factors affecting the quality of life of theCAPD patients.ã€Aims】1. Using KDQOL-SFTMsurvival quality assessment scale to survey CAPD patients’quality of life, and according to the score for each dimension to convert scoring method.2. Comparing different sex, different age (≤40years,40~60years old,≥60years),different age of dialysis (≤12months,12~24months,≥24months) CAPD patients’quality of life.ã€Results】1. CAPD patients’ overall survival quality evaluationIn94patients with CAPD,the KDTA overall score was66.5±6.2,SF-36total scorewas58.1±8.1.2. Gender stratification score and comparisonThere were47males and47famales in the94CAPD patients. There were nosignificant differences in quality of life (QoL) between males and females. But there werecorrelations in the branchs of BKD, CF,PF,RP between males and females CAPD patients.3. Age layered score and comparisonSelected94patients, age range from25to87years old, the average age was56.85+14.40,including15patients who aged≤40,34patients who aged40~60,45patients whoaged≥60. There was no significant differences in QoL between different age group-CAPDpatients. But there was correlations in the branch of PF of SF-36between different agegroup-CAPD patients.4. Dialysis age stratification and comparison In94cases of patients,47patients with CAPD treatment for≤12months,26patientswith CAPD treatment for12~24months,21patients with CAPD treatment for≥12months.The QoL of CAPD patients was correlated with the dialysis time. QoL of the patients whodialyzed12~24months was higher than patients dialyzed under12months and over24months.5.There were significant correlations of QoL with SGA,Alb and Hb,while BMIshowed no correlation to QoL.6.Kt/V and residual renal function were significantly correlated to QoL.7.CRPã€ESR had no correlations of QoL.8.Overall score of CAPD patients KDTA influence factors, the SGA, Kt/V are themain factors of CAPD patients’ QoL.ã€Conclusions】1.CAPD is not affected by gender, and suitable for different age levels of the patients.2.Nutritional status,Kt/V and residual renal function may impact on QoL of CAPDpatients.3.In this paper analysis the influence factors, the SGA, Kt/V are the main factors ofCAPD patients’ OoL. |
