In this paper, the antifebrile pharmacodynamics of chaihui injection was studied, the metabonomics of chaihu injection was studied by capillary gas chromatography method. The antipyretic characteristics of chaihu injection were studied by comparing with the chemistry drugs. The antipyretic effect of chaihu injection was studied by identified with GC-MS and GC analysis of the RS. Using the metabonomics method studied blank control group and fever model group of the metabolic network. The significant differences metabolites were screened between with fever model group and blank control group.The chaihu injection metabolic networks were compared with chemistry drugs dosing groups. The antipyretic mechanism and antipyretic characteristics of chaihu injection was evalusted.1、Fever rats were given paracetamol, ibuprofen and chaihu injection. The body temperature change of blank control group, fever model groupparacetamol, ibuprofen and chaihu injection were compared.Then antifever characteristics and antipyretic effect of chaihu injection were elaborated..2、Further research was conducted to study different doses of chaihu injection, and the characteristics of the different time points of antipyretic, as well as the characteristics of chaihu injection in vivo by using pharmacodynamics.3、27endogenous metabolites were identified by Using GC-MS qualitative analysis of the rat urine metabolites.4、Optimize the preparation methods of urine and the reaction conditions.
