Objective Determine the level of serum Hepc and Tf in RA patients with ACD,RApatients and normal peoples, study the relation between Hepc,Tf,RA disease activityand the level of Hb,then investigate the metabolism of RA with ACD.Methods Detect the levels of serum Hepc in22RA patients with ACD,27RApatients and24normal peoples by ELISA,and Tf in same subjects by immuneturbidimetric test. Results (1)The level of Hepc in RA patients with ACD and RA patients aresignificantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05) and that of RA patients withACD is the hightest(P<0.05);(2)The level of Tf in RA patients with ACD and RApatients are significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05) and the that of RApatients with ACD is the lowest(P<0.05);(3)The level of serum Hepc in RA patientswith ACD has positive correlation between the level of SF and DAS28,while thenegative correlation between the level of Tf,SI and Hb,so as RA patients; The level ofserum Tf in RA patients with ACD has positive correlation between the level ofSI,while the negative correlation between the level of SF and DAS28,so as the RApatients. Conclusions (1)The presence of abnormal levels of serum Hepc and Tf in RApatients with ACD are significantly, and The level of Hb increased with serum Hepcreduction,it indicted that Hepc and Tf may take part in the occurrence ofRA-ACD;(2)The higher level of Hepc and SF,lower level of Tf and SI of RA-ACDpatients suggest that it may be triggered by the iron metabolism disorder which isinduced by the change of serum Hepc;(3)The increase of serum Hepc and thedecrease of Tf are agreed with the level of DAS28.
