Lyophyllum decastes is a very precious wild edible and medicinal fungi. This experimentwas to study the Chemical Components by reflux extraction, column chromatography on silicagel; and to study in vitro antioxidant activity, inhibition rate and the human ovarian cancer cellsgrowth inhibition studies on (Lyophyllum decastes.) by colorimetric method, filter paperdiffusion method and MTT.1.Several chemical components were isolated from fruit bodies of (Lyophyllum decastes.)and the structures were elucidated by the spectral data. They were identifies as cholestenone,ergosterol,1-octane, ergosta-7,22-diene-3,5,6-triol, mannitol and glucose. All of them werefirstly isolated from fruit bodies of Lyophyllum decastesExtracting the volatile components of fruit bodies of Lyophyllum decastes by petroleumether extraction. Identifying the volatile components on fruit bodies of Lyophyllum decastesthrough GC-MS, NIST atlas of intelligent search at the same time check the relevant literature,the results showed that: The16kinds of chemical compounds including10kinds of esters,3kinds of acidic materials,1kind of amides, another including a kind of polymer.2.To test the total reducing power, DPPH radical scavenging and superoxide anion O2-radical scavenging power on fruit bodies of Lyophyllum decastes. At the same time comparedwith vitamin C. The order of DPPH radical scavenging power was Vc>(YSYZ)>(ZDC)>(SYM)>polysaccharide. Superoxide anion O2-radical scavenging power: Vc>(SYM)>polysaccharide>(YSYZ)>(ZDC); total reducing power: Vc>(ZDC),(SYM) andpolysaccharides are similar to etgyl acetate extract. The DPPH radical scavenging power of(YSYZ) was the strongest. The total reducing power of (ZDC) was the strongest.3. To test of substance antibacterial capcity on fruit bodies of Lyophyllum decastes. Thetested strains: little salmonella, typhimuriumpe sudomonas, pyocyaneum staphylococcus aureusand micrococcus kristinae, as the test bacterial suspension after dilution, the salmonellatyphimurium inhibition of (SYM) were25.0%-55.0%; the salmonella typhimurium inhibition of(YSYZ) were7.7%-23.1%; the salmonella typhimurium inhibition of (ZDC) were7.7%-38.5%;the salmonella typhimurium inhibition of polysaccharide were10.4%-45.9%. Each test samplehad no inhibition for the pesudomonas pyocyaneum. staphylococcus aureus inhibition of (SYM)were25.0%-55.0%;staphylococcus aureus inhibition of (YSYZ) were11.5%-30.8%;themicrococcus kristinae inhibition of (SYM) were17.5%-25.0%;the micrococcus kristinaeinhibition of polysaccharide were16.3%-40.7%. 4.The human ovarian cancer cell growth inhibition studies on (SYM),(YSYZ),(ZDC),cholestenone, ergosterol, ergosta-7,22-diene-3,5,6-triol and mannitol. The results showed thatinhibition rate measurement results of (SYM) on human ovarian cancer cells was20.3%-47%;The (YSYZ) inhibition rate was19.4%-45.7%;(ZDC) inhibition rate was10.4%-43.0%;plysaccharide inhibition rate was9.1%-43.6%; inhibition rate of cholestenone on humanovarian cancer cells was14.3%-21.6%, inhibition rate of ergosterol was13.2%-26.1%,inhibition rate of ergosta-7,22-diene-3,5,6-triol was11.3%-22.3%and inhibition rate of mannitolwas3.2%-11.1%.
