Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Approach the value of ultrasound evaluation for primary glomerulardisease about clinical diagnosis.Methods:(1) the patients need to be used on thekidney ultrasound. First do a two-dimensional ultrasound scan, and then do the colordoppler ultrasound scan.Pulse doppler (PW) technology was used to measure theartery blood flow parameters, continuous measurement of many cardiac cycle bloodflow spectrums and take their average.(2) Patients needs to do the renal biopsy guidedby ultrasound and after surgery, the doctor will renal biopsy specimens sent to thepathology immunofluorescence and electron microscopic examination.Results:2.1The pathological classification result is Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,Membranous nephropathy, IgA nephropathy.2.234patients were nephroticsyndrome,21patients were chronic glomerulonephritis,and10cases of acuteglomerulonephritis.2.3Comparing about the length, width, thickness and renalparenchyma thickness of kidneys in each group. Compare group C,D group withgroup A;group C,group D compare with group B,between group C and group Ddifference had statistical significance (P <0.05).2.4The clinical staging of primaryglomerular disease (group A,B,C,D) and2D-US classification and grade of CDFIrespectively,(P<0.05),differences were statistically significant.2.5Section ofarterial blood flow spectrum: Group C,group D artery blood flow spectrum RIcompared with healthy group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The images of kidneys in azotemia time and uremia time werenoted on real time2D ultrasound. CDFI can detect blood flow perfusion ofkidney and the changes of the renal hemodynamic.2D ultrasound and CDFI showedmore significant in diagnosis and prognosis for primary glomerular disease.2D-US classification and grading of CDFI for the practical significance of thepathological classification is not obvious.
