| Objective:To evaluate the relationship of GRACE risk score and severity of the coronary lesions in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:170patients with AMI(117with STEMI and53with NSTEMI)admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital were enrolled from January to December2013.All of the patients received GRACE score and Coronary angiography. They were divided into different groups according to CRACE risk score. Then the differences of the severity pathological arteries among groups were compared. And then they were divided into different groups according to SYNTAX risk score. Then the differences of the GRACE score among groups were compared. At last, evaluate the correlation between the GRACE risk score and the SYNTAX score. Results:In AMIã€STEMIã€NSTEMI patients, among defferent GRACE risk stratification, the SYNTAX score in high risk group was higher than that in low risk group and the medium risk group (P<0.05), and the SYNTAX score in the medium risk group was higher than that in the low risk group (P<0.05);among defferent SYNTAX risk stratification, the GRACE score in the high risk group was higher than that in the low risk group and the medium risk group (P <0.05); the GRACE score in the medium risk group was higher than that in the low risk group (P<0.05); In the three group, the GRACE score and SYNTAX score were all with good correlation, the correlation coefficient r is respectively0.377,0.378and0.331(P <0.05).Conclusion:GRACE risk score has important value in predicting the stenosis level of coronary artery. |
