Objective(1)To discuss three-dimensional imaging of SFOF-VR techniqueabout ICA-Ophthalmic artery (ICA-OA), and have anatomical measurements.(2)With the CT and MRI imaging data,to have the disease diagnosis ofrelated ICA-OA region, and observe the influence on ICA-OA.Methods (1) CTA data of109subjects without significant lesions on thehead and neck vascular diseases were selected from the PACS of our hospitalfrom2012.06to2013.06. Aged from18to78years old(51.2±13.8),weredivided into three groups according to age(<40were36cases,41-60were40cases,>60were33cases),56cases were male,53cases were female,3Dimages were performed by GE AW4.6workstation.The anatomical parametersof the structures surrounding ICA-Ophthalmic artery was measured afterobtaining perfect3-dimensional reconstructed images.(2) The imagingmaterials of343patients with various diseases occured around inICA-ophthalmic artery region diagnosed through pathology or surgery inour hospital from2010.01to2014.01were analysed retrospectively. Everyrelated disease was censused rigidly in order to observe its affect inICA-ophthalmic artery clearly.The region surrounded ICA-ophthalmicartery was divided into five areas:orbitofrontal area, saddle area,temporal area, sinus area, orbital cranial border area.Results (1) SFOF-VR imaging clearly displayed the ICA, OA and itsrelationship with the surrounding bone structures. The measurements areas follow: ICA-C6diameters:left and right respectively3.58±0.51mm、3.58±0.43mm; OA diameters:left and right respectively1.16±0.16mm、1.15±0.19mm; ICA-C6lengths:left and right respectively10.43±2.08mm、10.01±2.32mm; OA-ON accompanied distance: left and right respectively 21.75±3.17mm、21.97±3.31mm:OA origin and median plan angle:left andright respectively39.99±5.71°、38.54±6.02°.In addition to the bothside of ICA-OA lengths and the left ICA-C6Diameters,other measured datashowed no significant difference in different age group(P>0.05).Theright ICA-C6diameters、right OA diameter、left and right OA-ON accompanieddistance show significant difference between male and female group. Inaddition to the both side of ICA-OA lengths,other measured data showedno significant difference in left and right side group(P>0.05).(2)The constituent ratio of various diseases in ICA-OA region from high tolow in turn were pituitary adenomas(34.4%), meningioma(16.9%), glioma(8.45%),cavernous hemangioma(7.87%),ICA-OA aneurysm(7%).The positiverate of five region that effected ICA-OA was:orbital cranial borderarea95.83%、orbitofrontal area80%、sinus area77.78%、saddle area74.85%、temporal area%50%,respectively. there was statistically significantdifference in different region.Conclusion (1)SFOF-VR can display the structures of ICA-OA and theirsurrounding structures, and provide valuable information for surgicaloperation. Measurements of three-dimensional CT about ICA-OA can supplythe anatomical contents, and provide the basis for medical research.(2) The most disease around ICA-OA lesions is the pituitary adenoma,and the lesions of cranio-orbital region is easy to involve the ICA-OA;It is most that MRI are used to inspect the lesions of ICA-OA region, andthe accurate rate of CTA in diagnosing the vascular diseases was thehighest.
