Purpose:In this study, the dates and papers about micro-arc oxidation were arranged for the purpose of finding the proper condations(voltage、duty cycle、the ratio of electrolyte) to make the miro-arc oxidation implant have the better bioactivity.To make the study of osseointegration between micro-arc oxidation pure titanium implant and machined pure titanium implant will be study by animal experiments. To find out if the micro-arc oxidation pure titanium implant have the better bioactivity. And find out which in which field make the micro-arc oxidation pure titanium implant make the better performance. Make the supports for the clinical use.Methods:1. SEM、EDS、RA were used to analyzed of different condations micro-arc oxidation pure titanium implant. Find the proper electrolyte and other condtions of micro-arc oxidation.2.32mechanical surface titanium implants and32MAO implants were implant into the femur of the new Zealand white rabbits. Rabits wre killed at2、4、8、12weeks. Tetracycline hydrochloride was injected at13、14days and calcein was injected at3、4days before the death of rabbits. Make bone grinding of the implants. Fluorescence microscopy to observe the grinding. Laser scanning confocal microscope to observe the details of the grinding and measure the width of fluorescence by Image-pro plus6.0. Dates were analyzed by the SPSS16.0.Acid magenta and methylene blue were used dyeing the gringdings.OI were observed and analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results: Electrolyte is made of0.13mol/L calcium acetate、0.06mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate. Pulse voltage at the300V, the frequency is700HZ. Duty cycle is5%. The time of the micro-arc oxidation is10min. The temperature is constant at35℃.1.Two kinds of implants were observed between fluorescence microscopy and acid magenta and methylene blue dyeing gringdings of bone gringdings. MAO implant have better01and more osteoblasts. MAO implant have better contact osteogenesis.2. Laser scanning confocal microscope was used to observed at implants grindings. At the4、8、12weeks, MAO implants were obviously stronger than the mechanical implants. Mineralization rate of the mechanical implants at4、8、12weeks is1.14±0.13μm/d、1.38±0.13μ m/d、0.76±0.06μm/d. Mineralization rate of the MAO implants at4、8、12weeks is1.35±0.10μ m/d、1.45±0.13μm/d、0.93±0.07μ m/d. At every age of the two kinds of implant, MAO implants have better mineralization rate. The dates were analyzed by SPSS16.0, have a highly statistically significant (P=0.00)3.01of four age(1)At the second week, MAO implants have better than the mechanical implants (P=0.00)(2)At the fourth week, MAO implants have better than the mechanical implants (P=0.00)(3)At the eighth week, MAO implants have better than the mechanical implants (P=0.00)(4)At the twelfth week, MAO implants have better than the mechanical implants (P=0.00)4. Acid magenta and methylene blue dyeing gringdings were observed:MAO implants have more active osteoblasts better mineralization rate. The contact osteogenesis of the MAO implants is better. But the distance osteogenesis is the same as mechanical implants. Conclusion:The bioactivity of the micro-arc oxidation implant is better than mechanical implants. The superiority of the MAO implant is shown better at the number of the osteoblasts and mineralization rate.
