Objective:To detect changes of IL-17and CCSP in peripheral blood serum of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and to explore the role of CCSP and IL-17played in Mycoplasma pneumonia to provide new thinkings and methods to the diagnosis and therapy of MPP.Methods:1.Cases collection:Choose72cases of children with MPP from May2013to November in pediatric respiratory comprehensive wards of Shandong Provincial Hospital therapy for the study, Those children (34males,38females) were range from3to12years old and their mean age was5.6±2.1years old.2.Group devision:Divide the children into38patients (18males,20females) in the acute phase,34patients(16males,18females)in recovering phase according to their courses of the disease. Meanwhile MPP patients were divided into the children with history of allergic diseases (I group)28cases (16females,12males) no history of allergic diseases (II group)44patients (28male,16female). Select22healthy children as a control group (10males,12females) from3to12years old whose mean age was5.8±2.6years old and have no infections in nearly a month.3.Use double antibody sandwich ELISA method to detect levels of IL-17and CCSP in MPP serum and the control groups, the resulting experimental data were analyzed by using SPSS19.0software.Results:1.MPP complications and extrapulmonary symptoms:25cases (34.7%) merger pleural effusion;24cases (33.3%) of atelectasis;10cases (13.8%)myocardial enzymes (CK-MB) different levels rise;10cases (13.8%) appeared severe gastrointestinal symptoms such as vomiting, abdominal distension,8cases (11.1%), liver function abnormal;5cases (6.9%) of occlusive capillary bronchitis;In2cases (2.7%), oliguria, proteinuria.2.Compare serum CCSP, IL-17and the IgE levels in MPP acute phase, convalescence and healthy control group:The concentrations of CCSP in serum is significantly lower in MPP acute phase than in the convalescence and healthy control group the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01). The serum levels of convalescent children and healthy children CCSP has no significant difference (p=0.113). while the IL17-concentration in the acute phase increased significantly compared to recovery children and children relatively healthy, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01); The serum levels IL-17in convalescent children and healthy children has no significant difference (p=0.069). The concentrations of IgE in serum is significantly higher acute phase than in the convalescence and healthy control group the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The levels of IgE in convalescent children and healthy children has no significant difference (p=0.089).3.Severe group and mild group MPP serum CCSP, IL-17level was:CCSP serum levels of severe group is significantly lower than the milder group the differences were statistically significant (p=0.006), while IL-7levels higher than the mild group, the differences were statistically significant (p=0.001). The differences of IgE in the severe group and mild group has no statistically significance(P=0.152).4.Compare serum CCSP, IL-17, IgE and IgE levels of MPP children with a history of allergic diseases(group I) and no history of allergic diseases (group II). CCSP levels in group I were significantly lower than in group II The difference was statistically significant (p=0.000); IL-17, IgE concentrations in group I were higher than in group II, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).5.Pairwise correlation analysis of CCSP, IL-17, IgE in MPP serum:CCSP and IL-17levels has a significant negative correlation (r=-0.749, P=0.003); CCSP and IgE levels were negatively correlated r=-0.503, P=0.021; IL-17and IgE level has a significant positive correlation r=0.708, P=0.008.Conclusions:1.CCSP is involved in the development process of the MPP as an endogenous anti-inflammatory cytokine. The CCSP level is related to its severity, the more severe the disease is the lower the CCSP express. 2.IL-17is involved in the development process of the MPP as a pro-inflammatory cytokine, and IL-17can to some extent show the severity of MPP, the condition is more heavy, IL-17expression level will be higher.3.In MPP children with a history of allergic disease the concentrations of CCSP in serum is lower those with no history of allergic disease, and in children of MPP with a history of allergic disease the IL-17and IgE concentrations is higher than those without history of allergic diseases; In MPP serum the level of CCSP and IgE levels were negatively correlated, while the IL-7levels were positively correlated with IgE Suggesting the concentration of CCSP and IL-17were both associated with particular candidates concerned. This can provide further evidence for the correlation of the MPP and asthma.4.MPP CCSP and serum IL-17was significantly negatively correlated.and in the pathogenesis of MPP the decrease of CCSP can promote the performance of IL-17.
