New Medical Reform On The Economic Operation Of Primary Hospital

Objective: To provide medical services and health care service in communitymedical institutions and hospitals directly to the masses, there are still many problems,the purpose of this thesis is to analyze the new medical reform of grass-roots hospitaleconomic operation with actual data,and provide scientific basis for the reform in basichospital.Methods: This paper is based on the Xiangcheng people’s Hospital of Suzhou cityas the research object, analysis of economic operation situation to collect the relevantdata and other data in this hospital, the use of survey method, data collection method,comparative analysis method to complete.Results: The people’s Hospital of Xiangcheng after the new medical reform,thehospital total revenue in2012reached321537900yuan, but the drugs proportion rosefrom42.5%in2004to52.4%in2012. Government investment from the peak of24487000yuan in2005began a gradual decline, in2012the government invested0,government investmentaccounted for the proportion of the total income of the hospitalwas decreased year by year. The hospital total income rose from56535400yuan in2004to321537900yuan in2012, at the same time spending rose from55104000yuan to310821100yuan, balance rate is low, high growth and high expenditure mode. By theXiangcheng people’s Hospital of Suzhou City, analysis and other public hospitaleconomic operation, themain problems for the hospital expenditure structure instability,government financial compensation is not in place and the hospital drug paymentsimbalances.Conclusion: The Xiangcheng people’s Hospital of Suzhou city and otherpublichospital economic operation, the problems are as follows: the hospital expenditurestructure is not stable, the government financialcompensation is not in place, the hospital drug payments imbalances, andthe corresponding solution is to increasegovernment subsidies for basic level hospital, the hospital also need specific, use. Andthe introduction toimprove hospital service quality regulation of the market,therebyincreasing hospital income etc.
