Objective:Detection of kunming60cases of newborn25hydroxy serum vitamin D [25(OH) VD] levels,and the vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene BsmI distribution frequency, According to the newborn’s days of age, gender and ethnic influence factors for comprehensive analysis.Analysis of kunming han and yi neonatal serum vitamin D (VitD) levels.VDR BsmI gene polymorphism loci and the relationship with the serum vitamin D levels.Methods:Collected a total of150patients with neonatal ward hospitalized newborns in kunming medical university second affiliated hospital of pediatrics in February2013to October2013.among which114were han,15cases of the yi nationality,9cases of the bai nationality,5cases of the miao nationality,2cases of the hani nationality,5cases of the hui nationality. Choose a total of60cases of the han and the yi nationality which has ruled out his mother has a history of metabolic disease, kidney disease, diarrhea and long-term use of drugs.Male29cases, female31cases; For the full term. Han ethnic group45cases,19cases of male, female26cases; Yi15cases,9cases of male and female6cases; The age distribution of1~10days.obtained3ml and2ml venous blood The next morning after admission.using tandem mass spectrometry hy-phenated to liquid chromatography systems (HPLC-MS/MS,LC-MS/MS) Detection the level content of serum25(OH) VD,And use the Restriction enzymes BsmI,Application of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis and Gene sequencing technology, etc Determination of the vitamin D receptor BsmI gene polymorphisms of the han and the yi nationality. compare the difference of the two groups of VDR the distribution of genotype and allele frequency.statistics and analysis with neonatal factors such as gender, age, national.Result:1. the60cases of neonatal serum vitamin D average is (12.52±4.14) ng/ml.2. The han and the yi nationality neonatal serum vitamin D levels, respectively (12.82±4.36)ng/mL;(11.64±4.62)ng/mL. Statistical t test between two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).3, the han and the yi nationality newborn male serum vitamin D levels, respectively (11.99±4.88) ng/mL;(9.53±3.35) ng/mL. Statistical t test between two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).4, the han and the yi nationality neonatal serum vitamin D level of the women, respectively (12.96±4.00) ng/mL;(14.80±4.66) ng/mL. Statistical t test between two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).5, the han and the yi nationality people’s different day age(the neonatal1day or less,2-7days,more than7days)respectively (12.53±4.33) ng/mL,(13.4±5.65) ng/mL,(14.35±2.77)ng/mL;(10.69±2.66)ng/mL,(12.40±6.50)ng/mL,(12.55±6.25)ng/mL, statistical t test, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).6.none BsmI BB type alleles found in the han and yi’s newborn crowd,the rest type of the alleles are distributed in different ethnic groups.the Bb, bb genotype frequency distribution in Han and yi nationality neonatal serum respectively17.8%(8cases),82.2%(37cases);13.3%(2cases),86.7%(13cases). B, B allele frequencies of9.7%,91.3%;6.6%,93.4%.Han newborns in the group of Bb distribution frequency higher than yi, but han and yi neonatal the two genotype Bb, bb’s frequency distribution was no significant difference (X1=1.0, P=1.0).Han newborns in the group of B distribution frequency higher than yi, two groups of B and b allele frequency distribution differences also there was no significant (X2=1.0, P=1.0).7. There was no statistically significant difference of The BsmI of han and yi nationality impact on the neonatal vitamin D levels.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. neonatal serum vitamin D levels are all is insufficient in this study;2. the han and yi neonatal nationality neonatal serum vitamin D average level is not affected by national3. the han and yi nationality neonatal serum vitamin D average level is not affected by gender4. the different day age of han and yi neonatal serum vitamin D levels is different,the bigger the age,the higher of neonatal vitamin D level,But no difference between han and yi of different day age.5.the han nationality VDR Bb and B alleles were higher than that of yi nationality, But between the han and yi,there was no significant difference between Bb、bb and B、b distribution6.The han and yi neonatal serum levels of vitamin D in the level is not affected by the vitamin D receptor gene in the BsmI Bb and Bb distribution7. Vitamin D levels in the serum has nothing to do with the vitamin D receptor gene BsmI.
