Objective:to study the liver transplant patients:relationship between enzyme and liver function recovery, looking for the establishment of a fast easy early liver function recovery after operation of liver transplantation biochemical indicators for monitoring.Method:study on31cases of liver transplant cases, monitoring of ten days after t-tube drainage of bile a total of310specimens. After repeated attempt, project selection, specimen processing method on bile reflux in patients after liver transplantation after treatment for dynamic monitoring of enzyme, serum biochemical parameters, clinical records and compared when compared to ultimate detection of total bile acid concentration in the bile (TBA), γ-acid transferase (GGT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Daily ALP, GGT, ALT, and TBA values calculated by SPSS19.0software out of the31patients daily index values, ALP, GGT change SPSS19.010days drawing, ALP, GGT change trends reflected in postoperative patients with bile.10-day mean value by using the two-sided Spearman correlation test SPSS19.0method come to the ALP and TBA, TBA and ALT, and GGT and ALP, GGT and ALT daily relevance and ten daily average total number of dependencies. Conclusion:four days before after liver transplantation GGT, ALP liver injury-related, diwuzhishi and liver function recovery. Bile acids are reflected in a timely manner of liver function after Orthotopic liver transplantation and key indicators, so the increase in secretion of bile acids can indicate liver function recovery after transplantation, bile acids can be used as observation of transplantation of hepatic function change after one of the more sensitive indicator. Experimental results showed that postoperative7-10biliary bile TBA GGT and there was a significant correlation (P<0.01),8th TBA there was a significant correlation between ALP and bile in bile (P<0.05). ALP in bile and bile r=0.418TBA10th correlation coefficient, coefficient of correlation between bile and bile GGT TBA r=0.394; bile ALP, GGT since the fifth day began rising steadily. This note at the beginning of the fifth day after Orthotopic liver transplantation liver function in liver by liver damage gradually turned to recovery, and the liver gradually rises, their performance is elevated bile bile included TBA. GGT TBA significantly correlated with bile in bile, bile ALP and ratio more sensitive reflection of restoration of liver function after transplantation.Significance of serum ALT in diagnosis of hepatic cell necrosis is large, but because of its widespread in other cells, so its poor specificity. This experiment because of the primarily selected and their hepatitis b patients with cirrhosis after liver transplantation for liver cancer, and no other primary or concurrent disease, so be sure the serum ALT changes due to postoperative liver changes. Short-term elevated serum ALT are mainly from the transplant liver damage, liver perfusion under the save after the confession removed sent to a surgical hospital and transplanted to the receptors in the process inevitably damage in hepatocytes and bile duct epithelial cells. Bile GGT in the experiment in di2zhi4and7-10on a rising trend, and bile serum ALT and GGT in2nd and7th days,3days after surgery (P<0.05) there was a significant correlation between10th mean correlation coefficients r=-0.321. Postoperative bile serum ALT and ALP in the lth day of r=0.397(P<0.05), both10th mean correlation coefficients r=-0.879and P<0.01significantly correlated. Increase in liver transplantation patients in postoperative bile build brings increase in bile acid, which is a non-classical agents and surfactants of bile acid, cause injury to the bile duct epithelial cells grow. ALP and GGT in biliary epithelial cells, GGT, ALP reflects transplant Hepatobiliary tract injury in key indicators, with the injury of bile duct epithelial cells are released into the bile, bile trend of increase of TBA increases associated with bile ALP, GGT. Hepatocyte injury in this process simultaneously declining gradually restored, serum ALT, ALP, GGT and serum ALT in bile has been negative correlation coefficient. Stated that the ALP, GGT in postoperative bile may reflect the degree of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. To sum up, we can use simple bile handling and automatic biochemical detection methods created for patients after liver transplantation has the advantages of non-invasive, quick and cheap method of laboratory testing.
