Clinical Observation Of "Eleng Capsule" With GnRHa On The Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst’s Postoperative Recurrence

ObjectiveTo assess the clinical effect of treatment group (Eleng Capsule with GnRHa) and control group (simple GnRHa) in the treatment of Ovarian endometriosis cyst’s Postoperative Recurrence, compared the efficacy and safety of both, to provide safety and effective treatment options for endometriosis patients. Exploring the safety and effective new ways to reduce endometriosis recurrence.MethodsThe study collected54patients who hospitalized in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital in June2012to June2013period, all patients are diagnosed with endometriosis in conservative surgery (open and laparoscopic).Then54cases Were divided into observer group and control group according to the different treatment methods and use a parallel non-randomized control over the same period method. Use the form of telephone follow-up and clinic, observed the clinical efficacy, recurrence cases, side effects, etc. Then complete the follow-up questionnaire, establish a database, do statistics and analysis on the data and get the results.Results1. The recurrence rate in the observer group was4.3%, the control group was19.4%, compared with the control group, the observer group has the lower recurrence rate, although no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05)2. The scores of dysmenorrhea were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05), and the observer group is better than the control group(P<0.05).3. CA125were lower than that before after treatment, has statistically significance(P<0.05).4. The observer group’ drug use safety, liver damage situation does not appear.5. By comparing the relevant factors of recurrence, found the age between35to39years has the highest recurrence rate62.5%, followed by30to34years, the recurrence rate was15.4%, has statistically significant differences by chi-square test(P<0.01). Different AFS stages and different types of ovarian lesions side and different number of injections the recurrence rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionsEleng capsule combined GnRH-a treatment in patients with endometriosis after surgery can reduce the recurrence rate, drug use safety, this method can be applied to patients with active treatment, has good prospects for development.
