ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Yishenhuoxue Fang on oligoasthenozoospermia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis men, via its effect on the level of reactive oxygen species in sperm and increase sperm count and motility. and from the result of this research get a step on the mechanism of Chinese medicine improve the semen quality of infertility men. so that establish a scientific basis for treatment of infertility use Chinese medicine.MethodsFollow the inclusion criteria investigation has made, kidney deficiency and blood stasis in Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, oligospermia or asthenospermia evaluated by computer assisted semen analysis, level of reactive oxygen species in sperm higher than normal use flow cytometry assay, according to experiment exclusion criteria, exclude cases like varicoce、reproductive tract infections and congenital reproductive system Dysplasia. get40cases. and ramdom divide into treatment group and control group,20per every group, treatment group prescription to Yishenhuoxue Fang, control group take Zn、vitamin E and citamin C orally. test level of reactive oxygen species in sperm and semen routine test before and after treatment in both two groups, and assess therapeutic effect by compare with before and after treatment, value relationship between Chinese medicine and western medicine by compare data among two groups after treatment.ResultsYishenhuoxue Fang group contain18cases.total effective rate is94.44%(72.2%excellent,22.2%improvement), control group contain17cases, total effective rate is82.4%(47.1%excellent,35.3%improvement). use t-test compare level of sperm ROS with before and after treatment of both treatment group and control group, its significant decreased after treatment in both two groups (p<0.05), no significant difference was observed by variance analysis between treatment group and control group after treatment (p>0.05); in improve parameters of semen, two groups before treatment and after treatment compare by t-test, the percentage of progressive motility in both two groups indicate a significant increase after treatment (p<0.05), and Yishenhuoxue Fang group after treatment, variance analysis shows significant improvement (p<0.05) in the percentage of progressive motility、semen concentration and total sperm quantity.ConclusionYishenhuoxue Fang could decrease the level of oxidative stress in men who got oligoasthenozoospermia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and improve the quality of semen, especially in enhance the percentage of progressive motility、semen concentration and total sperm quantity, Yishenhuoxue Fang can improve sperm motility may get through it eliminate oxidative stress in sperm.
