| ObjectiveTo evaluate the effective rate of moxibustion therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea according to the corresponding statistical analysis software, in order to provide the credible reference for it’s treatment and popularization.MethodsTwo channels to literature retrieval:computer retrieval and manual retrieval. computer retrieval database database including Chinese and English data. The former includes CNKI, Wang Fang data, VIP and CBM. Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,MEDLINE (January1950to January2012),EMBASE (January1980to January2012) and belongs to the latter. Chinese Acupuncture&Moxibustion, Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Shanghai journal of acupuncture moxibustion and Acupuncture Research in the scope of the latter. The key words:"moxibustion","needle warming moxibustion","indirect moxibustion".2researchers are in charge of judging the standard literature according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the ones that controversial issue will be determined by a third party to arbitration for resolution. According to the "bias risk assessment tool" recommended by Cochrane to evaluate quality of literature and take the Cochrane collaboration statistical RevMan5.1Meta analysis software to dedicate, the presence of heterogeneity is the key factor to choose fixed or random effect model. On the basis of P<0.05or12>50%(it indicates statistical heterogeneity) to determine if there is the need to take further clinical homogeneous subgroup analysis.Effect of combined analysis:RR was used in the relative risk classification variables, SMD to the continuous variables express curative effect effect. Consolidation effect showed in the way of hypothesis testing and95%(CI).ResultsThe number of relevant literature collected is162involved412patients.80are Chinese-language literature, the other are English articles.65papers involved other intervention mode,6Reviews, Systematic review,9repetitive Publication articles,3among of the9conform to inclusion and exclusion criteria are the English translation of Chinese literature edition, finally, there is no English literature can be intook.. According to all of the standards11randomized controlled trial study of80Chinese literature conform to the selection standard was intook to statistical data analysis.ConclusionThe following conclusions on the basis of evaluation results can be made.(1)Compared with pure Chinese medicine or western medicine, pure moxibustion therapy has certain advantages in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea;(2)The curative effect of moxibustion therapy united other treatments (acupuncture) showed significant efficiency. However, because there are all kinds of shortcomings in the11studies (unknown random grouping, distribution, Lack of allocation concealment, Limited sample) and diversified interventions, there is no very definite evidence to prove if this conclusion is real and effective, that is to say:we need further, more rigorous, high level, large sample randomized controlled trial to verify if the moxibustion therapy is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. |
