| ObjectiveThis study investigated the changes of pancreatic function and TNF-α levels, as well as pathological changes of the pancreas and otherorgans from the rat model of acute pancreatitis, acute pancreatitisexplore rhubarb observed indicators for the impact and significance, andto explore its possible mechanism.Method80healthy SD rats (provided by the Experimental Animal Center of DaliMedical College), weighing280-350g, male or female. Adaptive feedingafter a week, were randomly divided into four groups, sham-operated group(A), acute pancreatitis model group (group B), acute pancreatitis andnormal saline group (group C), and acute pancreatitis model rhubarb fedgroup (group D). Modeling1,6,12,24hours after the first extraction ofrat vena cava were checking blood amylase indicators, TNF-α levels, set to take part pancreas in10%solution of formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded, conventional tissue producer, the pathological changesobserved data using χ±s said that the groups were compared usingANOVA, between groups analysis of variance was used to compare multiplesamples the average number of pairwise testing, using χ2test statisticcount data, p <0.05was considered statistically significant.Result1relative to the sham group, serum amylase (blood amylase AMY) each operated rats, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) levels weresignificantly increased presence (p <0.01or p <0.05).2relative to the model group and the saline group, rhubarb serumamylase (blood amylase AMY), the presence of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) levels were significantly lower (p <0.01or p <0.05). And there isa significant difference in pathological changes.Conclusion1acute pancreatitis, rat serum amylase (blood amylase AMY), tumornecrosis factor (TNF-α) levels were significantly increased.2rhubarb can reduce acute pancreatitis in rats serum amylase (bloodamylase AMY), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) levels and reduce thepathological changes of the pancreas and other tissues. |
