| Objective:Retrospectively analyzed from stanford B aortic dissection patients between2010-2013were treated clinical features and treatment, comparing endovascular repair compared with conservative therapy effect, summarize the clinical experience, improve diagnosis and treatment, to provide a reference for future work. Methods:The clinical data of Stanford B aortic dissection in patients with46cases in February2010to December2013in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, including13cases of endovascular repair treatment,33cases of conservative treatment, compare the medical treatment and efficacy of endovascular repair.Results:48patients, male35, female13, aged38-78years. CTA examination is a common method of diagnosis of aortic dissection, is also a major means of checking the late follow-up.48cases of hospitalized patients,47patients make antihypertensive drugs, of which10patients were given only oral antihypertensive drugs,37patients while giving intravenous and oral antihypertensive drugs, one patientsv not using antihypertensive drugs.15patients underwent endovascular repair (endovascular repair group), were successfully released endovascular graft, technical success rate of100%. A total of4patients in which patients with complete or partial closure LSA, no cerebral ischemia or upper limb ischemia in the postoperative patients.3patients showed immediate angiography in small amount of leakage, to observe treatment, postoperative follow-up of leakage are disappearing.1patient died during hospitalization, and1died during follow-up.33patients given the drug conservative treatment (conservative treatment group),9patients died during hospitalization,7patients died during follow-up. the conservative treatment group4cases lost. Conclusion:Endovascular repair of type B aortic dissection surgery success rate high, short and medium-term efficacy of satisfaction, is now the preferred method for the treatment of Stanford B aortic dissection. |
