Ectopic Pregnancyillness-related Variables Impact On Drugtherapygroup Based On Decision Tree

ObjectiveEctopic pregnancy (EP) is pregnancywhitch refers tofertilized egg implantation in any partof human body exceptthe uterus itself. Ectopic pregnancy is one of the most common gynecologic diseases, the incidence rate of about1%, the incidence of tubal pregnancy accounted for about95%of ectopic pregnancy.As the way of diagnosis ectopic pregnancy become more and more accurate, early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment can be achieved, enable patients to reduce pain, increase the likelihood of intrauterine pregnancy outcome again. And to determine the prognosis of the disease is not a unified prediction model. This research aims to construct a prediction model of decision tree,by the time when the collection, preprocessing of the cases, the final output of the decision tree model, we can accurately predict the prognosis of the disease.MethodFrom2011to2013in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine hospital gynecological patients, diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy patients were collected, the final number of149cases. In the SPSS13data input, data preprocessing, and the establishment of a database into Clementine12for statistical.Result1、This study collected149valid cases, treatment was effective in141cases, treatment is invalid in8cases, the total efficiency of94.63%. Group of treatment of81cases, effective79cases, invalid2cases, efficiency of97.531%; in the treatment group68cases, effective62cases, invalid6cases, efficiency of91.176%. 5important variables are found in the western and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, including blood hCG value,initial menstrual, regularity of progesterone values, vaginal bleeding or not, history of natural abortion or not. The5variable information gain were0.388,0.236,0.125,0.125,0.125. When the blood hCG≤2449.39IU/L, in the treatment of power is96.552%, higher than the higher blood hCG value.3、4important variablesare found in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, including the blood hCG value, initial progesterone, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding or not. The4variable information gain were0.43,0.289,0.141,0.141.4、Western medicine treatment group and western and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group are both found blood hCG and initialprogesterone have decisive function to predict prognosis, the blood hCG value is the most important.At the same time, the menstruation is regular or not, bleed without the vagina, have no history of natural abortion, abdominal pain, and4variables, can be more the accurate prediction of the prognosis of the disease. The remaining variables information gain is negligible.ConclusionThe decision tree model constructed in this study can accurately predict the prognosis of drug therapytreatment of ectopic pregnancy. But the blood hCG value, initial progesterone has the decisive function to predict the prognosis of the disease, which the blood hCG value is the most important. At the same time, the menstruation is regular or not, vagina bleeding or not, history of natural abortionor not, abdominal pain, which can more accurately predict the prognosis of the disease.
