The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Type Of Deficiency Of Both The Heart And Spleen Of Depression With Insomnia By Auricular Acupuncture

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of treating of depression with insomnia byauricular acupuncture,discuss the mechanism of auricular acupuncture in treatingdepression with insomnia,and provide basis for clinical treatment of depression withinsomnia.Before and after the treatment of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) andPittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score comparison were indicators.Methods60cases of choice meeting the criteria of inclusion, were randomly divided intothe treatment group of30cases and the control group of30cases. Control group:10.5mg Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets were used，and taked it after breakfastand lunch. Treatment group: auricular acupuncture is used, and pressed them atmorning,noon,before going to bed, on the basis of the control group. For a course oftwo weeks, they were observed for4courses.Results1.Comparison in group:After2weeks and8weeks therapies,compared with theHAMD and PSQI scores before the treatment,there were significant differences in allscales in two groups.2.Comparison between groups:(1)Diversification in HAMD:After2weeks therapies,there was no significantdifferences in HAMD between the two groups (P>0.05);after8weeks therapies,therewas significant differences in HAMD between the two groups (P<0.05).(2)Diversification in PSQI:After2weeks and8weeks therapies,there wassignificant differences in PSQI between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Overall curative effect evaluation:After8weeks,the efficient of the two groups had significant differences(P>0.05).3.Safety comparison: two cases after treatment of general physicalexamination,blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidneyfunction,electrocardiogram examination compared with those before treatment had noobvious abnormal change.ConclusionAuricular acupuncture combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets onclinical treatment of depression with insomnia had a noticeable effect, its efficacysuperior to simple oral administration of Western medicine group,and in the earlystage of the treatment can signidicantly improve the depreession with insomniapatients’ sleep state. Auricular acupuncture has the advantages of easy and safeoperation,less pain,economy,non-toxic side effects,provides a feasible method for thetreatment of depression with insomnia.
