| The theme of "World Health Day" in2012focused on a particular issue: agingpopulation. The problem of how to make the old people enlarge longevity and slow thedecline of their body function attracts the society great attention. Ba Denian, an academicianof Chinese Academy of Engineering and an immunology expert once said:"The medicaldevelopment in the21st century is gradually turning its priority from clinic diagnosis andtreatment of diseases to disease prevention, health care and health maintenance ". A popularproverb “Life lies in movement†implies that certain amount of physical exercise is the bestway for anti-aging and staying healthy.Previous researches have shown that doing physical activities of moderate-intensity3to5times per week at least30minutes per time is beneficial to promote health. For instance,aerobic fitness walking without equipment requires little on space, and can be done anywhereat any time and is easy to be controlled, and has little Irritation to the joints, thus belongs tothe kind of large muscle movement. Therefore, aerobic walking has multi-faceted exercisingvalue to middle-aged people but lacks a set of Physical Fitness Intervention ExperimentalProgram of aerobic walking which suits Chinese citizens systematically.Therefore, based on the basis of consulting a large number of literature, this article triesto explore different experimental practices which combines aerobic walking with differentload resistance strength training and flexibility exercises through the analysis of body shapeindex and body function index of people ranging from40to60years old in their40-minuteaerobic fitness walking processes. Thus, this article aims to establish intervention plan modelin middle-aged aerobic fitness in our country, providing scientific basis for middle-agedpeople according to their own needs or physical illness condition. The results or theconclusions are as follows:(1) By contrasting aerobic fitness walking for40minutes (group A) and aerobic fitnessintervention plan for40minutes (group B), it turned out that body shape and body functionimproved in both group A and group B, and the improvement in group B was relatively muchmore noticeable.(2) Forty-minute aerobic fitness walking intervention programs of moderate intensitywhich last for6months can improve the health of middle-aged people ageing from40to60,their average body shape index (body weight, BMI, waist hip ratio, thickness of sebum andbody fat percentage) and body function index (quiet heart rate, blood pressure, lung capacity)are all improved to certain extent, among which the body shape index improved significantlycompared with their initial levels. (3) By combining aerobic fitness walking for40minutes with load resistance strengthtraining and flexible exercises at different intensity, and at the same time according to the factof different ages and different sports levels of middle-aged people, a health fitness exerciseprescription which mainly evolves for40-minute aerobic walking with the combination ofdifferent intensity load resistance strength and flexible training exercises is established. |
