PurposeExplore the expression of motilin(MTL) and cholecystokinin (CCK) in serum,gastric pH and pathological changes of gastric mucosa, after the rats appeared distalintestinal lesions such as incomplete intestinal obstruction and ulcerative colitis (UC),at24hours(h) and1week(w) later.MothedRats were divided into nourmal control group (Sham group, n=10),Incompletesmall bowel obstruction group (Small group, n=10), Incomplete large bowelobstruction group (Large group, n=10) and ulcerative colitis group (UC group, n=10),according to randomized block method.Each group after surgery was randomlydivided into two groups, one was killed after24h, the other was killed after1w.Extracted serum by heart blood actting from rats, all samples were used to detectMTL and CCK by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA).Simultaneously analyze pH value and histopathology which was extracted fromstomach or gastric mucosa.Application SPSS17.0statistical software for statisticalanalysis, data of continuous variables using x±s, measurement data using independentsample t test, P <0.05was considered statistically significant. Result1.Compared with Sham group,MTL and CCK at the other three groups weresignificantly increased after24h,and significantly decreased after1w(P <0.05);2.Compared with UC group,MTL and CCK both at Small and Large groupchanged significantly after24h and1w;3.Ether after24h or1w,MTL and CCK showed no significantly different atSmall and Large group(all P≥0.05);4.At Small,Large and UC group,all samples after24h closed to normal gastrictissue,while showed mild inflammatory response after1w,and scored1minuteaccording to assessment criteria of chronic gastritis;5.Compared with Sham group,pH value at Small and Large group weresignificantly increased after24h(P1=0.012, P2=0.005), while the UC group showedno significant change (P=0.701);6.Compared with the Sham group after1w,the pH value of Small and Largegroup were increased significantly(allP=0.000), while no significant differencebetween the three groups (P1=0.121, P2=0.211, P3=0.433).ConclusionWhen rat get distal intestinal lesions such as incomplete intestinal obstructionand UC,gastrointestinal hormones cuch as MTL and CCK significantly Increased inthe early stages,while decreased after1w.When its distal intestinal lesions in ratsappear intragastric pH rises and the gastric mucosa may appear a certain degree ofinflammatory changes. Thus not only speculate distal intestinal lesions can causepathological changes in the incidence of local sites,but also the upper gastrointestinaltract and even the whole body.From the results of this experiment can be speculatedthat hormones closely associated with the distal intestinal lesions in different stages ofthe course, reminding clinicians in the course of the distal intestinal lesions evaluated,should refer the patient gastrointestinal hormone levels, so as to provide a basis forassessing the course of the distal intestinal lesions.At the same time, the body not only needs symptomatic treatment when the distal intestinal lesions occurs,but alsoshould be given the appropriate adjustments in terms of gastrointestinal hormones,andconcern about the situation on the digestive tract or even the whole body,in order tomake timely treatment.
