The proportion of male patients ware mostthan female. Patients’ ages arranged from16to45years old, the average age was40.51years. Its clinical course is short and symptoms are not evident. The symptoms of gastric cancer inyoung patients wasn’t typical and clinical stages are usually very poor when diagnosed. The tumors were mainly located in pyloric part.2.The study showed that TNM stage, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, tumor location, tumorsize, degree of tumor differentiation, without taking radical surgery is an independentprognostic factors, and radical operation was a protective factor for prognosis. Early correct diagnosis and individualized treatment is important for young patients withgastric cancer survival prognosis.
