Objective: Explore the effectiveness of thread design of dental implant covers withReportable Blast Media surface on osteointergration of patients, for providing moretreatment and clinical information about thread design of dental implant covers withRBM surface.Material and methods: Case selection: Choice10cases of clinically dentitiondefects or missing patients, six men and four women, Age from36to71-year-old. Theaverage age is57.3-year-old; all patients do not have any systemic disease. Treatmentmethod:10patients with a total of63implants,56for thread design of dental implantcovers with RBM surface, and7for other design implant. After implantation, atemporary denture immediately been placed. Final restoration after implant stability.Results: By one year of clinic observation, all of the thread designs of dental implantcovers with RBM surface were good osseointegration results. After final repair, the useod patients and are satisfied with results, without any symptoms and side effects.Conclusion: thread design of dental implant covers with Reportable Blast Mediasurface in clinically dentition defects or missing patients is an effective treatment. |
