| Objective The aim of this study was to determine the health status and the trendsof collective children aged0to6years from2004to2013in Dalian, so as to providethe scientific evidence for corresponding measures of children’s health care.Methods We studied the data of physical examinations of the collective childrenat the age of0to6years in Dalian from2004to2013and compared the trends ofmalnutrition, obesity, anemia and caries of the collective children in recent10years inDalian.Results Though the detection rates of malnutrition fluctuated, they showed aupward trend(χ2=119.49,P<0.05). The detection rates of obesity were in increase(χ2=101.79, P<0.05). The detection rate of anemia was stable and kept a lowlevel(χ2=1.46,P>0.05). With the age growing, the detection rates of caries assumed theup tendency.Conclusion The children aged0to6were in good health, but the riskof malnutrition, obesity and caries was increased. It is emphasis that take the effectivemeasures to prevent and control malnutrition, obesity and caries of the collectivechildren. |
