Objective:To explore if BMSCs culture media could relieve the pulmonary inflammation inmice model of asthma, and down regulate the level of T cell associated cytokines inboth BAFL and plasma. Methods:In BABL/c mice were used as research goals, they were randomly divided intothree groups:1. Control group: saline used.2. Asthmatic group: asthma mice model was established.3. Therapy group: BMSCs culture media were intraperitoneal injected intoasthmatic mice.Result:1. Compared with normal control group, asthmatic mice lung tissue showedapparent allergic inflammation,(Underwood score was significantly higher,P<0.01)。2. Compared with the asthma group, the lung inflammation was reduced in micetreated with BMSCs culture medium (Underwood score lower, P <0.01).3. Asthmatic group compared with the control group, the total number of cell in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were significantly increased (P <0.01).4. In BMSCs culture medium treatment group, the total number of cells inbronchoalveolar lavage fluid was increased and decreased compared with the controlgroup and asthma group, respectively(P <0.05).5. The IL-17levels of the lavage fluid and serum in asthma group weresignificantly higher and lower compared with normal control group and BMSCs culturemedium treatment group, respectively (P <0.05).6. There were no differences in IL-4level of lavage fluid and serum among normalcontrol group, asthma group and BMSCs culture medium treatment group. Conclusion:Intraperitoneal injection of BMSCs cultured media could reduce the lungsinflammation in asthmatic mice, down regulate the level of T cell associated IL-17inboth bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum.
