Pre Lavage Adrenaline Saline On The Influence Of The Carbon Dioxide Absorbed After Retroperitoneal Laparoscopy Surgery Patients

ObjectiveThis study is to study the influence of laparoscopic surgery patients on the carbon dioxide absorbing that pre lavage1:500000adrenaline saline.MethodsWe selected60elective patients who accept the retroperitoneal laparoscopic urology surgery. Using the random number table method, divided the patients into two groups, pre lavage1:500000adrenaline saline300ml group (AD group n=30), and pre lavage physiological saline300ml group (NS group n=30). Two groups of patients have the same induction and maintenance of anesthesia. ASA is I-II.After artificial pneumoperitoneum, but before the start of the operation, AD group lavage1:500000adrenaline saline300ml, NS group lavage physiological saline300ml,3minutes later, attractor suck out liquid from artificial pneumoperitoneum. Before lavage (TO)、lavage after10minutes (T1)、lavage after20minutes (T2)、lavage after30minutes (T3)、lavage after40minutes (T4)、lavage after50minutes (T5)、lavage after60minutes (T6、lavage after90minutes(T7)、lavage after120minutes(T8). Observe and record BIS、Heart rate (HR)、Mean arterial pressure (MAP)、Continuous cardiac output(CCO)、Hemoglobin content(HB)、Oxygen saturation(SpO2)、partial pressure of Oxygen(PO2)、partial pressure of Carbon Dioxide(PCO2), end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure (PetCO2). According to the formula to calculate carbon dioxide output (VCO2). Record the intraoperative and postoperative incidence of headache, heart palpitations, be agitated, high blood pressure, myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, and ventricular fibrillation etc.Results1. There was no statistical significance between two groups of patients on HR, MAP, CCO, Oxygen saturation, PO2, PCO2, PetCO2, VCO2(P>0.05).2. There was no statistical significance between two groups of patients on the PO2, SpO2, HB at the time of lavage after10minutes, lavage after20minutes, lavage after30 minutes, lavage after40minutes, lavage after50minutes, lavage after60minutes, lavage after90minutes, lavage after120minutes.(P>0.05)3. There was statistical significance between two groups of patients on the HR, at the time of lavage after10minutes, lavage after20minutes, lavage after30minutes, lavage after40minutes, lavage after50minutes, lavage after60minutes, lavage after90minutes, lavage after120minutes.(P<0.05) There were no statistical significance between two groups of patients on the MAP and CCO, at the time of lavage after10minutes, lavage after20minutes, lavage after30minutes, lavage after40minutes, lavage after50minutes, lavage after60minutes, lavage after90minutes, lavage after120minutes.(P<0.05)4. There was statistical significance between the two groups of patients on the PCO2, PetCO2, VCO2at the time of lavage after10minutes, lavage after20minutes, lavage after30minutes, lavage after40minutes, lavage after50minutes, lavage after60minutes, lavage after90minutes, lavage after120minutes.(P<0.05)5. There was no statistical significance between two groups of patients on the HB, BIS at the each time point.(P>0.05)6. In the operation and after the operation, there was no statistical significance between two groups of patients on the incidence of headache, palpitations, be agitated, high blood pressure, myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia (atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beat, ventricular fibrillation).(P>0.05)ConclusionThe patients who pre lavage1:500000adrenaline saline during the retroperitoneal laparoscopy surgery can effectively reduce the carbon dioxide absorption, reduce the occurrence of high carbonic acid hematic disease, and reduce the incidence of heart rate, blood pressure, continuous cardiac output, headache etc in the operation.
