The Clinical Study Of Sancai Fensui Dan Treatment Of Yin Brilliant Fire-type Premature Ejaculation

Objective:The prospective randomized study subjects with Sancai Fensui Dan treatment of Yin Brilliant Fire-type premature ejaculation. and ejaculation latency, spouses of sexual satisfaction after treatment, The onset time, the situation of Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms improvement and other indicators were Compared, explore its clinical efficacy, provide clinical basis for Sancai Fensui Dan treatment of Yin Brilliant Fire-type premature ejaculation.Methods:Select November2012-September201360cases of patients with Brilliant Fire-type premature ejaculation in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital surgical clinic. this patients were randomly divided into the experimental group, the control group of Chinese medicine and western medicine control group three groups, with an average20cases each. The Traditional Chinese Medical control group received treatment of Zhibai Dihuang Wan, Western medicine control group were given Paroxetine treatment, the experimental group was given Sancai Fensui Dan treatment. Aged24to35years old, the average age of29.60years old;The experimental group aged25to35years,with an average age of28to90years old;The Traditional Chinese Medical control group aged25to34years,mean age29.50years old;Western medicine group aged26to35years, mean age30.80years old. three groups of patients observed clinical efficacy of three months, to explore the role of the Sancai Fensui Dan treatment of Yin Brilliant Fire-type premature ejaculation. Results:Group comparative clinical efficacy results:Compared to the three groups after treatment and before treatment, the patient’s ejaculation latency, spouse sexual satisfaction, Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms were significantly improved, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); Clinical treatment comparison results among the three groups:①Before treatment, Ejaculation latency spouse and sexual satisfaction score were not significantly different (P>0.05); After treatment, Western medicine group and Experimental group were significantly better than Traditional Chinese Medical group (P<005.); experimental group and the comparison group, the difference was not statistically significant contrast (P>0.05). The difference between Western medicine group and Experimental group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).②The onset time:Western medicine group was shorter than the experimental group, the experimental group than the Traditional Chinese Medical group, among the three groups was statistically significant differences (P<0.05).③Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms: Extent of the experimental group and Traditional Chinese Medical group, Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms improved significantly better than the Western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<005.);Between the experimental group and the control group of Traditional Chinese Medical was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Three treatment methods in the treatment of Yin Brilliant Fire-type premature ejaculation have achieved significant effect, with Sancai Fensui Dan and Paroxetine have the same good results in improving ejaculatory latency and spouse satisfaction, significantly better than the Zhibai Dihuang Wan;about the onset time.Western medicine showed a clear advantage,but with Sancai Fensui Dan better than Zhibai Dihuang Wan;In the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms, the Traditional Chinese Medical reflect its inherent characteristics.
